Popeyes is one of the best fast food places, because of the higher quality, it is a little pricey. This location is very good, my husband and I usually stop by here during the day after our DoorDash shift. I want to mention that when we pick food up from here for DoorDash, they are always prompt and respectful. As customers, we are overall pleased with our experiences here. The husband typically orders a 3 pc bone in meal, with red beans and rice, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I've heard no complaints from him about his meal, he always raves about how delicious it is. I always order the 3 piece chicken tenders with Cajun fries and two sweet heat sauces. That particular sauce is the perfect compliment to their tenders. The service is consistently beyond satisfactory. Staff is cordial, efficient, and very hard-working. I want to take a moment to speak highly of one of the managers at this Searcy Popeyes, but forgive me because I do not know her name. She is always there working during the day, and she has a wonderful personality. She has made me laugh on several occasions while placing my order! She's always hard at work when we visit, and she is very skilled at what she does. Today, I had an issue with my meal, but we were already in the car about to leave when I noticed. My husband, bless his heart, had go back inside and do my dirty work. Trust me, we worked in food service for years, and we never want to be those complainers that are rude and impatient. He respectfully asked for a correction to the problem, and this manager was so understanding, and accommodated our request with a wholeheartedly cheerful attitude. She went above and beyond to make us happy, in other words she hooked us up!! Read moreI had the worst experience I ever had when I decided to eat at this establishment. It was like a week ago around 9pm. I know the exact time was 9:03pm when I placed my order in the drive thru. First I was told all they had ready was spicy chicken & if I wanted regular chicken I would have a wait time of 15mins. I said that was fine, & that I would wait. I pulled over & parked along with two other cars that were also waiting on their orders. I waited 15mins went by , no order...25mins, I'm still waiting...30mins I'm getting out of the car & walking up to the door to go in & low & behold the door was locked so I went back to my car & called them to see why I haven't gotten my order, I had already paid $43.00 or I would've just went somewhere else. So when I got ahold of them, they said it just got done & they were bringing it out. another 5-7 mins go by & finally the night manager (who stated she was fairly new) comes out, apologizes and offers two free raspberry turnovers or pies. We accepted and as she went back in to get the raspberry pies. I was checking to make sure I got everything I ordered & I thought I was on candid camera,or what would you do setup because, can u believe it, I was short a chicken sandwich and a order of chicken tenders. Read moreI visited The searcy Popeyes to order the new chicken sandwich and surf & turf deal that was advertised all around the store building with posters as if they have the food to sale and When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order I noticed that it was only one paper posted on the drive through menu about the new sandwich that said in short that they are out and that it would be back soon so I decided to order only the surf and turf deal and was told that they were out of that as well confused about why they were advertising This deal I ask did they just run out they said no they’ve been out of the product for about 2days now. And I asked why they didn’t have a notice up to inform the customers that they were out of it and manager whom calls himself Moe response was Hostile extremely unapologetic to the point that I couldn’t believe that the company would even consider qualifying such a person that seemed lack professionalism and customer courtesy/ Service skills.
