I recently had the misfortune and was thoroughly unimpressed. The technician was unresponsive and uncommunicative throughout the entire process. The issue with my computer was not resolved, and I was left with more problems than when I started.

The service was slow, and the technician seemed unfamiliar with the latest software updates. When I asked questions, I received vague answers, and my concerns were dismissed.

To top it off, the pricing was unclear, and I was surprised with additional charges that were not discussed beforehand.

Overall, I would not recommend [Computer Service Provider] to anyone. There are far better options available for reliable and competent computer service.
