Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Seat Pleasant

I have been frequenting this location for sometime now, but my experience on Thursday, October 26, 2023 was horrible. I entered the establishment and there were customers either waiting for their order or waiting to place their order at the front counter. I stood in line and an older Black woman with a gray button up, who appears to be a manager, called me up to place my order. All of a sudden, she walked away and proceeded to take orders on her headset. I was left there waiting to see if she would return, which she did not, so I went to the next register. Mrs. Smith, who is the elderly Black woman, took my order. Then, a man walked up to the counter and asked if someone could take his order. The manager from earlier tells Mrs. Smith to ring up his order while I am in the middle of placing my order. Mrs. Smith looked confused and proceeded to take his order and processed his cash payment. The customer who came in after me was able to place his order and received his order before me. After that, I finished placing my order and I waited for my food. When I was called to the front counter, I was missing two items. I told Mrs. Smith that I am missing my order. She then tells me that it is coming. Fifteen minutes go by and I still do not have my two spicy chicken sandwiches. I go back to the counter and I ask Mrs. Smith how long it is going to be, to which she responded, I thought I told you the chicken needed to be cooked.” That conversation never took place and I was left not knowing anything. As I waited for my order, I started to eat some of my 12 count Sweet & Spicy wings. Unfortunately, there was barely any sauce on my wings. I took my wings back to the front counter and I asked for more sauce. The same manger with the gray shirt on says it would cost extra to put more sauce on my wings. I then requested a refund and she took the wings and put more sauce on it. After minutes go by, I finally received my two spicy chicken sandwiches and I proceeded out of the establishment. I later realized that I never received my dipping sauces for my wings or my drink that came with my meal. Overall, I give this restaurant a zero for their piss poor customer service that day. I will not frequent this fast food...

This was one of the most horrifying experiences...I have ever had purchasing chicken from a popeyes. The window person said that they were having a special 3 pics. And a biscuit for 3.99. I asked her her could I get 3 thighs...she didn't respond...just said your total is 3.99 or something??? Great I thought I will get one for my mom too..so..make that 2 of the same...with a whole lots honey and separate bags. Well I get to the pick up window the guy opens window and tells me that it 11.00 something. Cool ...I paid it ..I looked for my honey ..none was in the bag...so I ask him for the honey he told me twice that it was in the bag. O looked twice and it was not. So he give me ..a few honeys , I asked could I have some more...Hey said " that's it". Now... 9:49 pm... so I'm thinking maybe they are about to close..as to why the guy name "Favour" was acting so strange. So something told me to check my food bag..I did...and I in the boxes were very dry...small thighs! Almost like you could put both thighs in one hand. So. I had yell to the glass again..and asked Favour for a dime larger thighs..fresh..hot.. he told me "We don't have no more." I asked him what time do you close?? He said 11:00pm... that was when I asked to speak to the manager ...He closed the window very hard and starting tell a lady in white shirt ..manger...and laughing I could see..through the glass. She came to the glass ..I told her story...she became irate...gave me one replacement for chicken..and my money back for one and slammed the window...said she refuse to serve me and called the...

To july 2 2024 at 5:55 pm i ordered 16 prices of chicken it supposed to be half and half 8 spices and 8 regular the server was rude and professional her name is Justice I placed my order and I told her how I needed the order they didn't have any chicken thighs ready Justice told me it would takes around 4 to 5 minutes I stud there a waited patiently when I notice that the regular chicken and the fries was packed and sitting down on the serving counter waiting on the the chicken thighs when I noticed that it was taking longer than she said I told her that I needed some more fresher fries she wasn't happy she stated to get me more silent attitude eg rolling her eyes and a long face we then exchange so hash words to each other. she then stands close to the registrar out off anger throws the two boxes of from along distance because she she was displaying anger .so a gotten my and left the store when I reach home begging to share the chicken I noticed that this girl Justice only gives me 13 peices off chicken and out off 16 prices off chicken that she was supposed to given be she only gave me 1 peice of breast , 4 thighs 4 wings 4 legs I have never felt so Robed like this from this Popeyes associate named Justice out the 16 prices she only gave me 13 peices chicken she peorpesly didn't gave all my chicken prices I was Racial profiling by this unprofessional server...
