McDonald's — Restaurant in Sebewaing Township

I used to work at this McDonald’s location and it was so much better back in 2017-2018. I am deeply disappointed in what it has become. Every time I come here I ALWAYS get old soggy fries — it never fails. 👎🏽 When I worked there, we were all trained very well to get rid of fries WELL before they are due to be thrown out. Just to get fresh fries or fries that’ll be satisfying to eat you have to get sent ahead every single time.. this most recent time I went through the drive-thru did it for me FOREVER. They got our order wrong so I had to make 2 trips back up there for them to STILL have it wrong so I just gave up. I didn’t even want the fries at this point. Then I called up there twice and I was hung up on. For the price you pay, the quality of the food, speed of service, and quality of customer service, it just isn’t worth it to come here to eat or even drink for that matter anymore. They mess up every order...

I've had issues in the past but usually just blow it off, because there are one or two good workers there, but today I ordered and paid through the mobile app well before the end of breakfast only to get there, give the code, and be told its past breakfast and they can't get the order because it only appears when they have the code. Per the McDonald's corporate, not franchise, the order is available when you are 3 min away, I was less than a minute away. But thats not even the real issue, the real issue is being told that since I didn't get the order it will "probably" refund it in a few days. Its annoying because they made a lame excuse when I have had a nesr similar issue ordering on the inside self serve kiosk, their issue is they are not observant and over look orders not done in person and when they make errors refuse to take...

Constantly having issues with their drive thru.... Every time I go thru it there's an item missing, the burgers are thrown together and wrapped so poorly that they fall apart in the actual bag. I've ordered sweet and sour for my fries and I never get it. The fountain pops are flat.

I don't normally write bad reviews for a small town business but then again this has happened almost every single time I go thru the drive thru.
