Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sebring

(3/12/2021) They were 100% spot on for quality of food and attention to detail. (6/13/2023) The quality of the food is still good, however the service is now an issue. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza, but ended up getting very light sauce. When I mean very light, I mean there was no actual sauce on the pizza except right up against the crust! Even regular sauce would have been an improvement. That's not all: I ordered extra cheese, but this just had regular. Maybe they chose not to do so since it was stuffed crust and the bread of the pizza is pretty thin? Who knows, but why am I paying for extra if they won't add it? If they can't add the extra cheese or extra sauce, they could at least have told me so I could have changed the order or refused it. I would be perfectly ok with being told "Sorry, we can't because of..." that would have been way better than just paying for a type of pizza I...

#NOT A KIDS Friendly place, very business oriented. So, we went to the Sebring location to redeem the Pizza Hut Reward for a FREE personal Pan Pizza. They said it is not available today: fortunately, I was able to purchase pizza for my children. While we were waiting another girl approached the staff to redeem her reward, but they said .. not available, come back tomorrow. I could see the disappointment in her face when she left. PLEASE don't do this to small children; if you choose not to, please place a sign outside stating "this is not a participating location for #BOOK IT reading award." ( The reason for my dissatisfaction is not that I didn't receive a free pizza. It is because... this is not my first visit here...second time them telling us ..he can't give him his reward. Train your employees! We take it for granted when we call an establishment and order something that all the employees know how things work. I was having trouble with my online order so I called and place the order over the phone explaining that I have had trouble getting the special that was offered online. The gentleman told me no problem and took my order. When I arrive to pick it up I was told it was $10 more so I explained again what it happened and was told sorry I can't help you. So I told them to go ahead and eat my pizza! Everyone that answers that phone should know Online specials are just online if you call in you cannot get that same special.
