We were the only people in the drive-thru at the time we went, we only arrived after mobile ordering ten to fifteen minutes beforehand, got told to pull up, waited for another five to ten minutes, and had no updates. My phone said the order was ready, we waited several more minutes to still not a word, then went inside to check on it and got told "sorry, I forgot to take it out to you" after my bag was sitting there in front of me, ready. Got home after messaging support and getting only a $5 coupon for it, then after opening up the bag and checking the food at home, found out that both sandwiches were made wrong, with pickles and mayonnaise on both, even though we had changed those things. Having a bad experience is one thing, but this is the second or third time something like this has happened, and the service is consistently inconsistent I can't fault the individual employees for working with what they have, but still, feels really bad when I can't even say the food is good because it's soggy and made wrong, all with money out of my pocket at the...

The Shift manager "T" (as it said on her name tag)was disrespectful and told me that my child should just eat what she gets!!!Also the same little girl that told me they canāt give me mashed potatoes with no gravy!! I drive 20 Minutes to get the food, to get home to be missing ALL the sides. Upset because we have nothing but a sandwich to eat and a cheese cake, I drove back to get my money back for my missing items and my inconvenience and I did NOT eat my food because I went back to the store instead. I had spent from 8:15-8:45 in the drive through ordering and WAITING on the food we didnāt get, just to return to the store at 9:30 requesting my money back. Almost $50 for uneaten food and half a meal for us each. But we should just be grateful for what we have, for what I paid for and didn't receive?!! Offered me back $10! Are you SERIOUS!!!??? My excitement quickly faded as I went to place my order inside, the woman taking my order was so high, she constantly kept putting in the wrong food and repeatedly asked me what I ordered and she STILL managed to get it wrong. I ordered at 6:07pm and I did not get my feed until 6:30! They are completely disorganized. There was 1 man, tall, don't know his name, but he was getting frustrated with her because she wasn't doing anything! She had headphones, not the drive thru headset, and was off in her own world. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, I sat down and my Mac n cheese was extremely old and my spicy chicken sandwich was hard as a rock! Customers were walking out without ordering necause they were standing in line for a long time, without even ordering. Not sure where the manager is but this is ridiculous.
