Have went 3 times, all online curb-side pickup orders. Every single time we check in as we are pulling in, and end up sitting there for almost an hour - ultimately having to go inside to get our order.
This time my wife went to pick it up, and it was for one milkshake and one mixer. Whole reason for going was because I could get a milkshake with blueberries custom made with peanut butter and Reese’s…. Well, after my wife sat outside for 40 minutes, she walked in and was handed two cups of completely melted liquid. They attempted to make the orders again, after having my wife re-write the order for them on a blank piece of receipt paper with a sharpie - at this point my wife is fed up and just wanted to leave. And what do ya know, she gets back home and the milkshake didn’t have any blueberries. Mind you, it’s extra money for 3 “toppings”. WHAT A JOKE. Waste of $15.
I’ll be putting a stop payment on my account for this transaction as services paid for were not rendered - was not curbside pickup, nor was it even what I ordered. Should have just went to Wawa or Dairy Queen. Every single time it’s a sh!+ show. I’ve called every time and spoke with a manager after each fiasco, only for them to take virtually zero accountability and offer, at best, a free value basket - which, mind you, by this time we’ve already left and have no desire to turn around and go back to that circus for a free value basket that we would surely have to wait another hour for. No thanks. Won’t be...
Read morePlaced a curbside pick up order. Was supposed to be done at 5:30, checked in at 5:25, perfect!! Or so I thought. 20 minutes later I’m still sitting there, no one came to ask my name or anything. Meanwhile during this 20 minutes 5 other cars literally got their food. Finally a crew member asked for my name and went to go check on the order, he was never seen again. I understand they are a new business and extremely busy so I wait another 30 minutes for nothing. Finally walked into the store, to be greeted less than friendly by a young girl. I tell her I’ve been at curbside pick up for 50 minutes waiting for my food and with attitude she was like “um what name?” I tell her my name and she goes and retrieves my order from the very empty pick up shelf. The drinks ice melted and the food was cold to touch. I asked her how long it’s been up there and she said “honestly, for 30 minutes now” talking to the manager is useless. She doesn’t care. My husband called the store very upset and wanted a refund since we spent 30 bucks for cold food and watered down drinks. They offered to remake it but it would take another 30ish minutes so said to heck with it and left. Chic fil a is definitely...
Read moreI tried calling store to voice my experience to owner/manager first before posting on google. But they won’t pick up phone. This was my first ever Culver’s experience. Wife and I went thru drive thru and spent $67 on 4 meals. This included 2 meals with milkshakes. We were handed 3 bags and as I was pulling out on highway my wife noticed we didn’t receive 1 of our 8 piece tender box. I make the u turn on highway to go back inside to get food they forgot. A crew member noticed me and said out loud “this guy looks like he needs a manager” didn’t ask what I needed how they could help. So I waited for a manager to come to help me. When they came to front counter there was no apology, the owner was quick to come by and again no apology, She seemed uptight and didn’t really come off as showing care and concern. To top it off I go home and start to sip on my tea I noticed it tasted really sour. I tossed most out in sink and found what I’m guessing and hoping are either tea or coffee grounds all in my drink. For $67 for fast food you better bring A game. This was not it. Food was decent. And a real apology can...
