Royal Star Diner — Restaurant in Sebring

Saw a bad review on this diner and would just like to say that the review is wrong this is an amazing place to go eat with great food and great service. I was a costumer when this whole found a mushroom in her food thing happened. The review is not right and makes the waitress sound aweful. The woman was very rude about finding the mushroom in the food. I understand they are allergic but others at that table did have mushrooms if someone is allergic DONT GET MUSHROOMS at the table at all. It is a restaurant thing happen. I have found it I tell them before I order I am allergic to something they make sure that there is nothing in my food I will react to. So the ONE bad review out of 70... I think this woman should take a look at herself she was very disrespectful and wrong!!! ROYAL...

Family came here for dinner, my grandma has a bad mushroom allergy and guess what she found in her omelet? We informed our waitress and all she could say was “well mushrooms don’t come in the omelet so i don’t know, I’ll take it off your bill” We also waited 45 minutes before our food came out. Won’t be back here again with people who have food allergies. As we checked out to leave they never took the omelet off the bill until we told her about it. Then she got VERY rude and pushed the written order in our face saying “Do you see mushroom written on here?!? “ She kept using the excuse that her mother was here and she’s in charge blah blah. Some posted a review about there not being a sign stating employees must waste hands. Theres actually two in the restrooms. We are clean and sanitary. Please come in and enjoy breakfast and lunch with us and our clean hands!!!

Someone posted a bad review on here 2 days ago. As her waitress that day, I would like to clarify, I can not fix what was wrong if you tell me everything is fine. I saw you put your fork on your plate and pushed it away, I came over and asked if everything was okay and you said yes. You're eggs were not cooked under a lid.
