The Brickhouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sebring

I ordered a reuben and some fries and it appeared that the sandwich was not made right and it took the waitress a long time to get it to me even though I was sitting inches away from the kitchen they had some interesting things on the large overhead screen TV but I wasn't able to watch the shows because something else is going on in the bar which made the experience even worse when I wanted to see the shows but I had to think about when my food was getting there and would it be cold when it got to the table think the only interesting thing about the whole thing was I was served a bowl of various different condiments including packets of vinegar 2 have with my meal they were not stingy with that I think that for the price I might have gotten a better deal somewhere else but it was late and they had a lot going on at the bar even though there weren't a lot of people there I still think the sandwich could have been better and the service could have been quicker but it was okay I ate the...

A nice change from the regular eateries. I had the firehouse Burger ,which was really good, a bit dry but I failed to mention that I wanted it done medium or pink inside , but it had a wonderful flavor and the fried jalapeno that is on this burger or are delicious! can never go wrong with their onion rings whether it's an upcharge or an order of onion rings straight up they're delicious. only been here twice because of work and out of town but both times it's a very pleasant atmosphere the place is really clean the food's good and the the workers are very kind. The only drawback I saw somewhat is it's a tad pricey $14 for a burger is pricey, although it does come with fries if you want or homemade chips for my understanding but I thought it was still a bit pricey.

Haven't visited in a good while, but when it opened it was great. Recently some of the food posted looks unappetizing and/or the prices seem very high for the quality and/or portion sizes. I did comment on a picture saying "wow, these prices!" And after doing so the person who runs the page blocked me from seeing the post. We have commented with other criticism about the food looking sub-par however have only been met with being blocked from the page. As a business owner myself I feel you should address and be open to criticism to keep your business running well. However admittedly I could have worded my criticism in a kinder way. I hope the business takes the negative with the positive and makes note of things that could steer potential customers away. (High prices, low quality food, etc)
