Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Seguin

I would give negative stars if I could!! My fiancé’ and I came to order food and I stayed in the truck while he ordered outside at the kiosk. The worker brought most of our food out in no bag and sat it on the table outside in front of another customer who was smoking and blowing smoke around our food. My fiancé’ grabbed it and brought it all to the truck, and I wondered why most of our order wasn’t in a bag, but I noticed every one else received all their food in bags so there wasn’t a shortage. I grabbed the food that wasn’t bagged and took it back to them and asked for the manager. She came out and I asked her why didn’t we receive a bag for all the food we ordered? She really didn’t have an answer so I told her I would like our food remade and put in a bag like everyone else’s and not sat on a nasty table outside. She grabbed the food from me with an attitude, went inside, and had them remake our food. She brought out 2 new orders of honey chicken nuggets and I went back to the truck. I noticed when I got back to the truck that they gave us 2 orders of small honey chicken nuggets instead of the 2 larges that we paid for. We got back out of the truck and asked for a manager again. One of the workers went inside and told them it was me again and they started laughing and joking around and the manager never came back out, she sent one of the workers out and told me, “ ma’am at this point I’m giving you a refund and that’s final!” And I was like what? Y’all gave me the wrong size, I’m just asking for the right size. She just stood there and looked at me and I told her to just give me the bag back. She shoved it in my hand and walked back inside while her coworkers who were watching through the window started laughing and was cheering her on! My fiancé’ and I were shocked and embarrassed! Then to make matters worse, both orders of our chicken nuggets were burnt, hard, and mostly just bread and sauce. The rest of our food was cold. Thank GOD for our Sonic back home...

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give a negative. Sonic Drive-In on West Court. Two people working together to take our order at the drive thru, and they STILL didn't get it right. Lousy customer service, too. Ordered a #5 with tots and a drink, a kid's meal, a #7 with cheesy tots and a drink, and a sandwich and tots with no drink. Like I said, 2 people working together to take the order. Well, they got the #5 and the kid's meal and the drink that was SUPPOSED to go with the second meal, but they missed the #7 meal and the separate sandwich and tots. They read back what they had and gave me the total, but when I went to correct them and get the rest of the order THAT I HAD ALREADY GIVEN THEM added to what they, somehow, between themselves managed to get right, they had turned off the speaker to the box so I couldn't even tell them that they didn't have my order right. Well, that should have been a sign, but we decided to go ahead and get what they had managed to get of our order, and just go elsewhere for the other 2 people that we were getting food for. Should have just left without getting anything from Sonic. My granddaughter ate less than half of her kid's meal, and threw the rest in the trash. And the #5 meal that they actually got right on our order? Well, that was so nasty that it went to the dogs and cats. I don't think that I would even recommend this Sonic to my worst enemy. Only thing I can say is that by screwing up our order they probably saved us a trip to the hospital for food poisoning. Will DEFINITELY NOT be going...

I ordered 2 chicken slingers, a route 44 sweet tea and Dr pepper, tots with cheese and Baja sauce and a mini reeses blast. Well after almost 35mins of waiting for the food it comes out.. I don't really mind the wait all that much because I understand things happen (I used to be a general manager for baker Street pubs(HUSA management)in houston for 7 years. So I get the industry and I'm forgiving in alot of areas. The order was incorrect and cold ontop of that. I got one slinger a route 44 Dr pepper tots with no Baja sauce and hard from the cheese being cold and a melted snickers blast instead of reeses. I inform the car hop about missing the route 44 sweet tea and slinger. After some time they come back out with a medium diet coke and no slinger. She hands me the medium drink and says sweet tea and then walks off. I was like ok whatever I'll accept it they must be having a bad night. I take a drink and it's diet coke. Now I'm impatient. Call the server back and tell them it's diet coke and not a route 44 and reminded about the missing slinger. She goes back in and I see on my screen that they are trying to charge me for the damn sweet tea again. Mind you the server took my receipt and never gave it back while trying to correct the problem. Like I said I'm forgiving but it was bad. We didn't even get plastic ware for the tots. I mean come on. They weren't even that busy honestly. Definitely needs some...
