Husband chipped his tooth of our pizza. Hard as a rock!!!! Called local number only to be filtered through to some call center guy that took 14 minutes for this guy to answer then he answers don’t understand the language says oh it’s the story problem gotta patch you through so then another 17 minutes on hold the store no Nikolai answers. I said I have a problem with the order. He says I need to have you speak to my manager. Throws phone down for about a minute then bam on hold music comes on for another 18 minutes and then the phone disconnects I kid you not I called back. I talked to another gatekeeper He says I can’t help you. This is a store problem patches me through 23 minutes and I finally just hang up the phone. The pizza was as hard as a rock. My husband took a bite chipped his tooth. It was ice cold about an hour late I can’t get a hold of anybody and the fact that I was put on hold and then disconnected again Not good. Hard as a rock. This was the second order in less than two weeks that went all sideways. I let that go! Both times food right in trash! Absolutely not stuffed crust!!!!!! Gosh. Do better. Read moreI called the restaurant in selah wa. While e plaining the situation the pizza rep/emp, cut me off and told me, " thats not ny problem try calling customer service. I told him, you didn't even allow me to finish what I was saying. He says well your pizza is right here, its been ready for 10 min. Ok then he hangs up". Next i show up grab ny pizza. I asked the man behind the counter if he was the rude person that cut me off on the phone. He said i dont answer phones. ( 2 visible employees in the place, him and a younger looking guy) i get my pizza and bread home and they are bone cold. I had to warm them up like they were left overs. Initially i was calling because i wasn't sure if my order got sent in, because your web page kept crashing. I am totally disappointed in the hole experience! And you need to hire people who know how to talk to others. He is working, customer service is his job, answering the phoneis part of what he gets paid to do. Maybe he needs a different occupation. Read moreThis Pizza Hut has a banner outside advertising a large 1 topping pizza for carryout for $8 - but when I call to order, I am connected to a call center somewhere overseas and that price doesn't show up on their computer. So, I have to ask to be connected to the store.
The problem with that is that THE STORE NEVER ANSWERS. So, my only option is to go in and order in person then sit and wait.
I tried to do this tonight. After waiting on hold for a good 15 minutes, the store simply hung up on me.
So, I can order in person and wait in-store for 30 minutes to get my $8 pizza, or I can order ahead over the phone (or on the website) and pay a lot more than $8.
I've just given up with this place! If you're going to offer an $8 pie, that's great, but give us a way to order it without physically walking in the store and waiting 30 mins! I don't know what you need to do, contact that call center and let them know about this special (better yet - DON'T USE THE CALL CENTER - just pick up your own phone when someone...
