Somehow 8 Wings and a Chicken Cesar Salad amounted to $26. Despite arriving when I was told my order would be ready, The chicken on the salad was cold and reheated. The wings barely had any sauce on them except for a few on the bottom. Also, I wasn’t aware that I had to ask for Cesar Dressing on my Cesar Salad and had to use my own at home because it did not come with any. After a few other disappointing experiences such as trying their Gluten Free pizza which wasn’t anything to write home about, I cannot justify ordering from here considering how much everything costs! It’s just not worth it and I could have spent my time waiting for my order to be ready on cooking a meal that was fresher and better tasting than what I picked up. In a final note, I also find it frustrating being passed around on the phone and having to state what I want to order 3 different times to 3 different people. We typically go here cause of the convenience of the drive thru. Yesterday we went to the drive thru to pick up our order that should have been done 10 min prior (we gave them 30min, instead of 20) and the girl working at the window was unpleasant and said it will be a couple minutes after we paid. My husband and I have been going to Chiaro's Pizzeria & Restaurant every Friday night for the past 10 years. We give a total 5 stars for their food (especially the bruschetta pizza, my personal favorite) and another 5 stars for the owners and employees we have come to know and who help make our dining there even more enjoyable.
