Johnny Roc's Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Sellersville

Worst customer service, delivery guy was very rude and when I called the place to let them how my experience with the driver they perceeded to be rude. I guess the connect was not the best and the lady answers by saying what do you want. Will not go back.... Update. The driver waited a min at my door and as I open the door he said with an attitude "you have two missed calls, it me. Your pizza is here." I told him I didn't have the missed calls and then he said " well you're the one who ordered the pizza right" as I handed him his tip I told he he shouldn't be doing this job. I called the place the lady answered I heard her say "hello can you hear me?" I then said oh yes can you hear me? Which then the last went on to say "what do you want" I told her I was calling to let them know about their drivers customer service but it's all of you which then you tried to defend yourself with the " well I said hello 5 times and no answer"... which again is still not the best customer service... is that better?... and with the response you gave I can see you don't know how to take your personal emotions out of your business. SO in the past this was our go to place, the food was good and the folks were nice and delivery guys were great. That said, not so much as of late. We have ordered here 3 times in the past couple of months, the first time was delivery, and after an hour and 15 I called to see if the food was on the way, I was told it was and would be here momentarily, well food finally arrived 45 minutes later, yup 2 hours for delivery and not even a sorry. The next time we picked up and all was fine with the exception of the $20 minimum on credit cards, by the way that is not something the credit card companies endorse and legal tender is legal tender, if you are going to take credit cards you take them no matter what. So third time was today, I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 slices, one plain and one pepperoni. I got home and had 2 plain slices and 3 sandwiches, I was charged for the pepperoni but not the 4th sandwich. After being put on hold twice I was told that they would give me a new slice but I would have to order the 4th sandwich. I had not asked for anything but the tone that was taken was like I was full of it. DONE! Forget it! I will find a new go to. Your tone and condescending attitude hurts...

Terrible customer service and price fraud! Ordered a large order for a specific time and was charged $30 more than 3 different sites l went to which were all the same menu. Told when picked up they were all wrong and needed updating. Their mistake but won't give any discount. Asked if the menu which by the way was by the register was the one l saw "yes" was the old one but never shown the new one! I had to take the order for a party and had to pay the unadvertised prices. Very rude as well!!! The food was mediocre and warm. Ordered specific time pickup so it would be hot l was only 4 minutes from the party. Who want semi warm pizza and tasteless! Ordered a Sicilian pie...what a joke! Did not use Sicilian dough which they had 4 hrs. Before pickup! They used 2 regularly pizza crusts instead! Could tell because when it was eaten the two crusts came apart! I did love their pizza at one time...No More! They treat customers poorly. Never ever will l...
