Antonio's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Selma

The inside is exactly as it was when in used to be Max's Brunch House. Same pictures on the wall. So no stars for atmosphere. I guess I was expecting a whole change over to the Antonio's theme. The service was good. People were friendly, Chips and salsa were decent. Shawty had the 2 meat fajitas plate and an ice tea. It was quite a bit lighter than what you would be used to in a fajitas plate of similar price. Tasted good though. I initially ordered the san Francisco tacos but changed my mind to the seafood tacos upon ordering because I didn't want the special sauce. I recieved the San Francisco tacos after all so the order was not changed. For this I removed 2 stars for service. I ate them anyway and they were soggy but tasted ok. Ordered a strawberry Margherita but what came was a wine Margherita because they do not have a liquor license. Lunch for 2 people $60. Will not be able to eat here on a regular basis at these prices. We will return again in the future. We will watch for posts and ideas for other foods to try here. I hope for the best for this restaurant an recommend the owner/manager visit similar sit down mexican restaurants in Selma such as Sals and Estralla if they havnt already, to see what people are getting for...

Edit: This is the only Wine bar I know of in the area with continuous delicious meals. Thank you staff and owners for the great addition to life's rest stops! I had such a good visit and experience i returned to enjoy the atmosphere. Staff and managers are friendly, not one rude individual to be found here. I'm grateful for the service and meal, Tacos are amazing and worth the drive.

Feeling comfortable in the first 5 minutes of entering shortly after discovering a new establishment is important to me, and it took less than a minute on entry.

They have quite the food selection and a swell drink menu, both worth the sampling. Very memorable, menus easy to read, and very clean dishes. I'm hoping to return for a larger meal soon. Keep up the...

UPDATE: The City of Selma is GARBAGE for businesses trying to strive! I have officially updated my review on this and all i have to say is this place is a straight 10/10! Obly complaint i have is its a little pricey but what isnt nowadays?! I highly recommend this location!
