Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can’t use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn’t it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it’s the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it’s not like u wouldn’t have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don’t have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I’m paying for them. And wouldn’t give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you’re stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can’t use two coupons but that isn’t true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It’s NOT and if u don’t know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. Read moreI went to WaWas late at night as usual and ordered a quesadilla. I don't know if the people that work at the food counter are just plain lazy or what but EVERY TIME I get food its put together so haphazardly. This quesadilla was soaking wet and soggy because when she scooped up the chicken she didn't drain off the juices like they should be trained to do, ALL of the chicken and ALL of the cheese was smack in the center ONLY. It was as if there was a golf ball size amount of chicken piled on top of 2 slices of cheese. She made no effort to properly disperse the ingredients across the width of the tortilla. Then when it cane time to cut it I requested a extra cut in the middle because they usually cut them into 3 HUGE triangular pieces which make it challenging to eat. So after she rolled her eyes and said "sure" to my request she proceeded to make 3 VERY uneven STRAIGHT up and down cuts. So I was left with one HUGE 3 INCH triangle on oneend, one 2 inch triangle on the other side, & 2 weird tiny skinny rectangular shaped pieces. The 2end pieces had no cheese or chicken and the 2 middle pieces had a golf ball sized lump at the bottom. When picking up the box it literally dripped for 30 seconds straight. The tortilla was complete mush from the excessive liquid. Could I have requested a new one be made? Of course? Would she have made it without spitting init? Not likely. Would I be so agitated ny her attitude that I never go to WaWa again...absolutely. So....I decided to chalk it up to another bad experience with the seemingly ongoing lack of customer service that appears to be a growing epidemic in our country. Read moreCynthia on the night shift is AMAZING!!! Tia the team lead however was rude as hell to Cynthia who was just trying to do her job and create a good customer experience. I think Cynthia should be the team lead instead of Tia. I have been in the store before and Tia was even rude to me. I am grateful for Cynthia! ❤️
Update 04/27:
Had very weird interaction with Bri. I had already paid for extra dressing and I just asked for it to be put in a different type of container as I have been doing for all the years that I had came to different Wawa locations. Bri advised that she would have to charge me extra again. As I advised her I had already paid the extra fee and that I wasn’t asking for extra dressing. I just wanted it a different container. I am doing this review because this location needs more customer friendly people like Aaron that was also working this evening. He used to work at another location and was always super nice. Well he is still super nice and apologized for Bri’s interaction with me and said that he hoped that I would still come to the Seminole location. I told him that I appreciated his kindness and wished his colleagues would be the same way. I plan on calling tomorrow morning to speak with the store manager about Tia and now Bri.
