McDonald's — Restaurant in Seneca

I went to McDonald's, Sunday the 10th. It was the worst of experiences I have ever had at one of their stores. No employee was happy at the store. They were rude, did not say please, thank you, just a moment for the rest of your food or anything. No smiles. First window was the pay window. Didn't say, Hi, welcome to McDonald's. That will be $7.98 please. No Just $7.98 almost threw my 2 cents at me. Second window opens up and out comes my sack. window closes. No words of any kind. I sat as I had ordered an iced coffee. I also ordered 5 wings and french fries. I looked in the sack, thinking fries were in the box. Didn't open it. Finally window opens and out comes my drink. No thanks or have a good day or anything. Window closes. I drive out going home. I finally open my box. No fries at all. First wing was dry, old and tasted bad. Ok tried second one. was ok. 3rd one dry and tasted bad. If I had opened sack there, would have went back and got fries, but was 5 miles towards home when I got in the sack. So for $7.98 I got 3 wings, old ones too, and a med iced coffee. If the employees are that unhappy, quit and go get another job. I saw 2 other people get out of their cars with their sacks and head back in. I should have taken the hint and stopped and looked at mine. I will never go back to the McDonald's in Seneca. Got taken and employees acted like I was...

Usually I'm a huge McDonald's fan and I almost don't want to give this review. I'm 43 years old and I have been to many McDonald's all over, more than not McDonald's is usually a good experience. That being said the Senica ks McDonald's is the experience that has disappointed me every single time! This McDonald's is the absolute worst 😫. Management always changes new people come and go and never once have they ever not made me angry. From messing up my order to making me wait an insane amount of time. The best one is having me pull around to stall one and not telling me stall one is not visible from the drive through ... you actually have to circle around passed the exit like you are going through the drive through again. You won't know this unless you are a local. The second best bad experience that makes me laugh is I have never got a deluxe chicken sandwich correct from this location. Seriously next time I order from there because I have to for lack of no other McDonald's around. I will order just a plain deluxe chicken sandwich and post a photo of what this McDonald's thinks it is. I understand it's hard to find good help but almost every time I go???...

I would have to say that I've never experienced what I experienced at this McDonald's. I'm sooo glad I didn't have my little kids with me! Not only did the manager say that he'd only just got there, but I didn't see anyone in the kitchen with gloves on. Everything was cold and tasted stale even after being remade. All the staff was rude, couldn't even take our order right good thing we watched the screen as she put it in the register. Even though we were standing at the counter watching them remake the food they didn't glove their hands and touched everything and when we said something about it their response was I just washed my hands ( the same manager mine you that told us he'd just got there) if this was my first time in a McDonald's I'd never eat at another one! And now everyone feels sick and we weren't given a receipt so if we get food poisoning (which is a likely thing at this point) but I paid with my card so I do have proof that we purchased...
