Just throw your money into the trash.
Honestly that's what you're going to do with the food.
You know you read reviews and you wonder maybe these people are exaggerating. No they were not on this one. I gave it the benefit of the doubt maybe these people were just being over the top.
When you walk in. It's a dingy restaurant. On the right you have a table set up for their kids to play on their computer. Literally all they were doing.
On the right side, there was a gentleman, turned out to be the father just eating.
As I walked past them, I get to the counter where I'm greeted from the kitchen.
The lady takes my order and proceeds to go back to cooking.
Her husband get done eating walks straight to the kitchen to start cooking....
So if you're still following, you realize he hasn't washed his hands.
I get my food everything is hot. There is no doubt about that.
I ordered three things Hot and sour soup Egg drop soup Lo mien All three went into the trash
Hot and sour soup is a basic soup that you can make. It has sour notes and spicy notes. I got neither. It was so sugary that I had to check my insulin.
The egg drop soup was thicker than a snicker. It also had a sweet taste to it.
The broth was bland and the eggs look sketch
And the lo mien... I tried one noodle. I couldn't even stomach it.
I apologize to be so graphic, but I need everyone to understand. Drive the extra mile to panda express or whatever Chinese restaurant you want your fix.
You're not going to get it here. The ingredients are sub par. The customer service was terrible.
They actually use the restaurant as a second home.
Please just donate your money if you're thinking...
Read moreI have ordered from here twice. Each time, the person who answered the phone couldn't be bothered by taking my order. Seems very annoyed she has to do it. And then when I say, "thats all" (as to complete my order request)- they maybe said okay and then hang up the phone. No "thank you", no info as to how much time until pick up, or any price.
This last time, we ordered two meals for dinner. Each with fried rice. When arriving back at the house, it was clear we did not get fried rice, but some sort of yellowed rice. I called up to explain that I was charged for two meals with fried rice but didn't seem to receive that type of rice. I was met with annoyance by the employee. Telling me it is, in fact, fried rice - if it's yellow, it's fried. This is unlike any fried rice I have ever received from a Chinese restaurant, and that's what I explained. Upon saying that, the employee hung up on me.
I won't be back. I won't bother yall anymore. Since it's clearly an issue to order from here.
Also - side note: if you dont finish all your food, dont save it for later, just do yourself a favor and throw it away. Warming up the leftovers turns the "meat" into rubber - nearly...

I order a pupu platter for 2 and for the price of 19.95 I got 2 spring rolls (good) 2 chicken wings (ok) 2 crab ragoon 2 spareribs on bone. Talking to piece of bone with meat on it. (good) 2 shrimp. 2 teriyaki Beef. (Very dry) I purchased an order of Beef Mongolia and I love onions but wow. (Did taste good) Order of General Tso chicken ( good tasting) Beef lomein (good) 3 orders of Crab ragoon ( very sweet) Fried dumplings ( not a fan outer shell was very hard.) OH to be honest these remind me of pot stickers not dumpling that has a different outer shell. Spring rolls ( very good) I might go back for the items I like. I have had definitely worse and this place is better then average. For being local I...
