Wings and Things Senoia — Restaurant in Senoia

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Ordering online was easy and fine. We ordered 20 boneless wings with broccoli, a chicken melt with a side of sweet potato fries, and an appetizer of pretzels. it said it would be ready in 35 minutes so we waited when we finally left. We drove fifteen minutes to get our food, and when we got there, my boyfriend went inside to pick it up, and they handed him two boxes. He comes back out to the car and says, didn't we get more so I check the order. we are missing our wings. I tell him to go back inside and ask for our wings. He goes inside and returns empty-handed. He comes back out and tells me they ran out of boneless wings. The kids working the pickup counter said they would refund him. We never got a phone call to let us know, and they never offered to replace it. They almost didn't tell us that they ran out. If we didn't check, we never would have known. NO phone call, NO warning, and NO replacement. We get home and start to eat. My Chicken melt has no flavor and is bland and soggy, and the pretzel is soggy as well. My sweet potato fries are hard to chew and are cold and almost taste stale. I can't even eat it, let alone chew anything. The pretzels were like rubber, hard to chew and soggy at the same time. Im jut amazed at the fact they didn't let us know and were about to let us leave WITHOUT letting us know. I WILL NEVER EAT...

We were hoping to see the game, and it was on, but all the volume was off. There was some low playing music in the background, but couldn't really hear it. Did hear how much they sold for lunch, how much they sold for dinner, and the tip that the last table left. It was 20% but they weren't very happy about it. We asked them to bring out the kids food first and it came out 5 minutes after everyone else's. Asked three times for some silverware and sauce, which is crazy because we were the only table there. Food was bar food, French fries soggy and cold, chicken fingers overcooked with bad bites. At least my daughter liked hers, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I guess the bar tender was in a rush because she started mopping and putting up chairs before they closed. Best way to say GTFO . Bill was $60 for two adults and a kid. Maybe take out is better or 4 o'clock in the afternoon?? But don't go to watch the game...or eat the food and definitely don't go within an hour of closing. They probably should close at 7 during the week and 8 on weekends, because that...

Wings and things in general is a great place to eat wings. Better probably than Tacomac which used to be my leader.

Parking is fine in the evening since there are no other businesses open - so no trouble then. During the midday I do not know how full the lot gets.

The place is so small! That is my only drawback to report here. One other thing that was odd - there were no dark beers on tap or in the cooler - no porters or Stouts. That was very odd to me. The line creek brewing Frist Crush is great. Always a favorite.

The whole staff is par for the course will all of the Wings&Things restaurants- A++. Super friendly and helpful and always smiling. Great folks!

Food is the star. Fried cauliflower is the stuff of legend and the horseradish dipping sauce you will need extras. Get extras! Wings are dynamite and we will come back again and again for them.

This is just flat out a great location and a great place to have a date...
