First of all, don't even attempt to call if your order is wrong. They don't EVER answer the phone. Literally called them 50 times in 3 days. Didn't matter if it was early morning, mid afternoon, evening or late night; nobody ever answered the phone. I ordered delivery on the app. For some reason the order went through twice. I tried to call and cancel one of them. No luck. I immediately reported it on the app but there's no live customer support so the delivery driver brought me 2 orders. I refused one of them and told them to take it back. I still got charged for it though. The driver had to wait 35 minutes on my food when he got there yet somehow my food was cold af when I got it. Whatever, I have a microwave. What kills me is that the ENTIRE order was made wrong. It clearly says no mayo on the sticker and employee wrapped my burger in yet there was mayo oozing out the sides. The burger that was supposed to have no onions, also clearly printed on the sticker, had onions. The "fire" chicken fries weren't in the fire box. They were in my child's chicken fries meal which we found out when he sat his mouth on fire with them. I didn't even get the desserts or tea I ordered... Needless to say, it was a waste of $80. Plus the extra $80 order I got charged for so $160 of food I could not eat from here. After 2 weeks of phone calls and emails to corporate I did eventually get the second charge refunded but I am still out $80 for food that was delivered to me that I couldn't eat. So, no, I do not recommend anyone eat there. Even if it's the only restaurant open. Don't do it. You'll still be hungry and stuck...
Read moreWent through the drive thru. As for light lettuce extra mayonnaise. Got 2 miles down the road, open my sandwich. It's got a finger hole through the bottom. There's more lettuce on it than a garden has, and there's one tiny fingernail size drop of mayonnaise in the middle of it. So I turn around good, go back. Sat it on the counter and said, ma'am, I ordered light lettuce, extra mayonnaise and there's a finger hole in the bottom of my sandwich. She cops an attitude with me and says, well.I made this sandwich and then, like stormed off in the back. Then almost screwed it up again, had to ask me again what I wanted, even though it was right on the tag that I handed her. Comes back insisted that she had to put it on a tray to hand it to me, what ever, i say thank you, and she just turns around and starts walking away, still copying her little girl attitude. She needs a lesson in either manners or she needs to get away from customers. Like she copped an attitude with me because she screwed...
Read moreI stopped there on June 5th around noon. I ordered the trio3 items for 7.00, a small fry and a small ice water. I was told that he didn’t have a button to charge me for a water, that he would have to charge me for a barbecue sauce. I went to the window , my order was almost 13.00. When I asked why was my ticket so high, he said I had to charge you.36 cents for a barbecue. I said take the charge for the barbecue sauce, I don’t want it. I’m assuming it was the manager (an older lady) asked the clerk, what’s going on. He told her to void the barbecue sauce, that I didn’t want it. They took the cup of ice water and took it over and poured it out, instead of giving me a complimentary cup of ice water. Mt ticket was so high because they charged me 3.19 for a small order of french fries. Honestly, there were 11 fries in the bag. I will never go back there, who doesn’t give complimentary ice water? The manager handled the whole order...
