Subway — Restaurant in Sevierville

I walked in and waited a few minutes, the girl came out texting on her phone with her buds in, taking her sweet time. After she finally put her phone down, she looked at me and didn't say a word. I said, I have a few sandwiches, then said, the first is a 12 inch Philly with American cheese and Chipotle sauce. She still hasn't said a word to me by this point. She makes most of the sandwich and then goes and stands by the register. I then say, I have 3 more things I need. She slow walks back over to me and places three papers down, looks up and finally speak mumbling something. I said what, she asked, what sizes. I said, (1) 6 inch and a cheese pizza and I'm longer getting anything for myself. After I tell her what i want on the 2nd sandwich, she makes it and then goes to ring it up, still hasn't said anything but, "what sizes". I tell her I want to make 1 a meal so I can get a drink, she rolled her eyes at me and then changed the price on the order. The guy was nice and of it was a cheese pizza and he makes it. A friend walks in and he said he wanted a quick sandwich, I said, "good luck". And then I left. I was pulling out and he was getting back in his car leaving with no sandwich. I backed up and asked him what happened, he said, "bro, she ripped my sandwich with her hands and was going to give me a 4 inch instead of a 6 inch. I just said nevermind and left".. lol.

There are plenty of these reviews about this same person. I felt bad for the owner that this employee is so absolutely terrible, but if he doesn't know by now, he's blind. If he knows about it and doesn't care, neither do I. I'll never go to this...

This location used to be my go to Subway whenever I wanted a sandwich. However, the last couple of years it has been a disappointment every time I order from here. It is just right up the street from where I live, so it is the most convenient. But, their food and service is very inconsistent. I typically order double meat on whatever I get, but it is seldom ever there. When you pay an extra $3 for the meat, you should be able to definitely expect it to be on it. I always order through the app and never know if it is correct or not until I get home. That shouldn't matter though. You should get what you ordered. Today it happened again. There wasn't much meat on my steak and cheese and it also had hardly any toppings at all. It was a huge disappointment. My wife walked in to pick it up while I was pumping gas. She said it took a minute just to get someone's attention so she could pickup the sandwich. She said she tried several times, but the staff wasn't paying attention to the lobby for customers. When she brought the sandwich to the car, it was wrapped so small, I knew it wasn't made well. We took the sandwich back in and all they had to say was that it was right. They did not care. They could have offered to remake it, or something... anything...they just didn't care. I won't be back to this location. There service and quality is a joke. I keep giving them chances, but this was...

I live locally and this location is usually my go to for subway. However after tonight I will not be coming back into this location. The last 2 times I have stopped in, the employees act like you are bothering them. They don't even greet you, just ask what you want. I had asked the man working once about the online deal and he was extremely hateful about it..."NO that is ONLINE ONLY" um well excuse me. Tonight I walk in, the employess are in the back, smoking or vaping or whatever and laughing and LITERALLY as soon as the girl got up to where I was her entire demnor changed. Ive been coming to this location for almost 8 years. I use to work in the Shell that its connected to, I have eaten here A LOT. And I can honestly say in all that time Ive never experienced more just rude behavior from the employees....
