Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sevierville

Hello Pizza Hut, this is Alex McCutchan, a long time customer. Thank you for the years of delicious pizza, but I'm sad to say I'm finished with Pizza Hut. A few weeks ago I ordered pizza for my family on Mother's Day. My order totaled $130. When I arrived I was told that they thought it was a prank call because of the amount. So I I had to wait for them to make the order because they hadn't even begun it yet. When I arrived home all 36 wings of my order were tossed in the wrong sauce (Honey BBQ instead of buffalo, also one of the pizzas had a wrong topping and was missing a topping on another. I wasn't as concerned with the toppings as I was all the wings being tossed in the wrong sauce, it was event on the receipt) but the bags were tied in a knot so I didn't check them in store. I called and told them about what had happened. The employee was very nice and I received a $40 credit for the wings. That was a few weeks ago. Today I decided to use my credit. I called to ask how the credit worked because it was my first time using in store credit. Over the phone I was told that my $40 credit would be applied in store and that I couldn't order online and had to order carry out. When I arrived at Pizza Hut they told me that they can't find the credit on my account. Then they tell me it only applies to the store that gave me the credit. That's fine but if they couldn't find it on my account when I placed the order over the phone why did they tell me it had to be applied in store when I arrived to pick up my food. Why let me drive all the way to the store location before telling me it wasn't showing up on my account and only applies to the store that gave me the credit. I love Pizza Hut but I won't be ordering anymore. There's always some issue with my orders. I could go on about the time I paid for blue cheese online then then had to pay again when I arrived because I was told it didn't show up on their computer even tho it showed on my app. It was $5 worth of blue cheese but I didn't complain, I just paid it again anyways. Then the other times I received wrong or left out toppings on my pizzas. I never complained or called to speak to anyone until the wings. These are all separate orders over the last year and I've never complained but it's been very frustrating to deal with something every time. I've given them benefit of the doubt multiple times but I'm so tired of expecting to deal with an issue every time I order pizza from Pizza Hut. I won't be ordering again and I'm deleting the app. I'm not angry, just beyond disappointed with the customer service almost every time I've done business with them. I hate to stop ordering because I've loved the pizza and wings for years but it's not worth the trouble of dealing with an issue every time. Thank you for the years of delicious pizza but I'm sad to say I'm finished...

I have ordered over a hundred pizzas from them in 2 years. I went in a few weeks ago and was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and the individual working the ovens and the front counter never even acknowledged me. The individual looked at me three times never said anything like sir we're busy will be with you in a minute the ovens are backed up give me a few seconds and I'll be right with you he was rude and disrespectful. The manager also stood in the back making pizzas and looked at me and said nothing. The manager who was on duty that day emailed me the next day and gave excuses like it's hard to find employees at this time etc etc etc. There is no excuse for poor customer service. He continued on his email with excuses upon excuses upon excuses. This store was a good store when it had the female managers who were always respectful and all it's acknowledged you the minute you walked in the door. The manager and the individual who is working the front counter and the ovens that day should be fired immediately I will never use this Pizza Hut location again. If I could give it zero...

It was ok they didn't get my order right and they have delivered here since I have lived here since 2003 and after they messed up my pizza first time in all those years and after that I called to order a pizza and I am disabled they tell me they will no longer deliver to my address but dominoes and papa John's does and they are farther away than Pizza hut so I guess from now on papa John's and dominoes are getting my orders and we ordered alot of pizza from pizza hut but I think I'm liking papa John's and dominoes better anyway cause they both have great pizza and other items and are cheaper priced and drive further to deliver to a disabled person.....thank you dominoes and papa John's....good job and friendly employees and foods always hot and great thank again guys for driving a little further. Poor pizza hut couldn't deliver to me and I'm just bout 2 miles from them and dominoes and papa john both drives alot further to help a disabled person to enjoy there great pizza ....thank you again Domino's...
