The food is pretty good. The only complaint I have is whenever I pull up to the first window The cashier named seth Will hold onto my card for about 2 to 3 minutes without Sliding or paying with it. He stands at the window and won’t let me pay for my food, even though the people in front of me are completely gone, and I’m the only one in line. I get he’s trying to make sure that the kitchen doesn’t get backed up, but it’s uncomfortable because I have to sit there with my window down and him holding my card and nobody talking. I’ve had issues in the past Fast food places taking advantage of my card so I get very nervous when my card is gone for a really long time behind a window that I can’t see into. I’m not Trying to be rude, but maybe you guys can just have people pull around the building and park if certain foods aren’t done so we don’t have to sit there and be in an awkward situation. Read moreI tried this Burger King one other time over a year ago. Met up with a miserable looking employee that took my order. I called manager to complain. It was explained to me the employee was helping out because they were short staffed. I explained that the employee was not helping at all. So at that point I decided to no longer give them my business. Well, today I figured I’d give them another shot to see if things have improved. Not! The employees were like most everywhere now days post “infecting us with Covid”. No one wants to work! And almost everyone are rude!! I ate in restaurant. It is dark and depressing. No wonder employees act pissed all the time! It is extremely unsanitary looking. Especially where you fill your drink and attempt to get catsup. I left my food on the table and left! I didn’t even ask for a refund because of fear from my reaction if I were met with a bad attitude or comment. I’d stay out of there and go down the road to A&W. There was elderly lady working, that employees called “Granny”, the continued to be rude to customers, telling them to drink water or tea or do without. I continued to watch same employee put her hand under ice dispenser got ice and put in her mouth, twice. Then if that wasn’t enough “granny” pushed the water dispenser at the fountain drink station and washed her hands, shaking her hands spreading germs and water everywhere, got napkins and dried her hand. At that point I’d had enough, spoke with manager, he didn’t seem surprised at all. So I ask you, if this is allowed how clean is employees fixing the food. Everyone’s money should have been refunded or at least drinks replaced with ice’s or frozen lemonade. I asked and was told “NO”. I sure was not about to dispense water or tea when granny had played with all the dispensers. This employee knows better and should be fired, and manager as well.
