Here I AM AGAIN!!! figured my order couldn’t be wrong again!!! Mind you the first order they messed up they have still yet to fix!!!!! So I go to day and I get the chicken sandwich with mayo lettuce and I pay for the tomato and sure enough it’s not on there!!!!! Here the proof and my noble order mind you the order that’s under MCKINNLEE CRISWELL is me to and I have tried calling multiple times for weeks to make them get it fixed but no they don’t fix it So I will now be contacting the District manager!!! Kinda funny yall can answer to every good 5 stars yall get but won’t contact anyone else regarding y’all’s mistakes

Employees were great, not sure if they just were slow and had to make my burger but it wasn’t cooked all the way. Today is 11-3-2024 and this order was around 7:30pm. I am assuming they didnt have the patty’s ready so they had to rush because i waited for around 5 minutes. Not An issue with me as long as the food is good. Well now i dont have a receipt to get a refund. ALSO PLEASE CHANGE YOUR WATER FILTERS. Every time you get a drink here it taste like unfiltered water. Dr.pepper always taste like toilet water here.

I was driving my farm truck and I know it's not pretty plus a little exhaust leak not really loud but you can hear it running. I did not get the same service as I get when driving my car. Idk why it would matter what I'm driving as to the service I get. The food was the same but the people different. I normally give a few dollars tip. But not that time. Oh well now I know.

The service is the worst i have had everytime i go there the order is wrong and ask for ranch and get told it was not ask for but it is on the receipt where i had ask for i try to give a change but it dont seem to get any better and when i call to let them know the order is wrong or not all there i can never get answer and i have to drive back to the location to me if that is how they want to run there business and have that kind of customer service i will not go there any more went back giving them a other chance but the service is still the same customers that get there and order after I have been there get there order and when it shows order on the way I am still wanting 15 to 20 before I get my order and the drink is water down and the food is cold and can never get some to talk to about the issue this has gone on for a while it is not...

The service was speedy, yes. However for the 3rd time they got our order wrong. They fudge on the delivery time by clicking the button that says order is ready, and your server is on their way. When the order was still in the kitchen, and took 10 minutes beyond that point to be delivered. My popcorn chicken was cold, hard, and mostly chunks of crust smooshed into big enough balls to appear to have chicken, but had none. When asked to correct the order, they gave me the same wrong drink back, and the server was rude wanting to charge us extra for having to fix their mistake on our food order.
