Subway — Restaurant in Sharon Township

Ordered and Italian BMT online with nothing but meat and cheese on it so it should be easy right?! Nope obviously it's not cause twice now it's been made wrong missing meat or on wrong bread! When I went in to get it fixed I was repeatedly told "I got busy" as if that's an excuse to mess up multiple times! The first time my sub was to be ready by 540 I went at 540 and it was not ready so I sat and waited while he finished the entire line of people before he attempted to make mine! I ordered before them so not sure why I had to wait! And the young man that works there is extremely rude! Won't be returning after the 2nd bad experience at this...

Getting in through the rear entrance is a great chore if you're elderly or handicapped. The hand railing is not sturdy and the steps are very high. If you try the front entrance, you have a long walk down a narrow and uneven driveway that is very hazardous. Why can't they make some changes to improve the safety for everyone?

Changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 since they fixed the back steps to make the handrails much stronger. The step height was still too high. The drive thru is now closed "for security reasons " which makes me wonder just how safe the back parking lot...

I'd give 5 stars for the new worker I believe his name was Rodney. Alone in there no management handling the rush better than most managers I've encountered. Calm polite calm and collective.

I'd not rate this store anywhere choose to 5 stars. Always long waits, short staffed. I never have seen a clear leader or manager in the store. I run a very fast paced chain adjectives understand the struggle.

Take care of the ones like Rodney hustling giving a great customer experience to keep people coming back.
