Finn & Louie's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sharon

Been ordering from here for years and have never had an issue until tonight. Called and ordered pizza, Italian beef, and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, for delivery. Called at 3:23 p.m. call lasted 4 minutes got told my food would be here within the hour like normal. Good arrives at 4:13 p.m. open up the pizza box and the pizza was cold, then opened up the rest of the order to find cold food as well. I called them to let them know the order was cold and the girl on the phone was rude and had an attitude about it told me they would remake the order but they wanted the food back so I had asked how long till we got our new order and her response was an hour I said well I'm not waiting another hour to eat and she said well I put your order ticket in at 3:20 so you didn't even wait an hour the first time and the order came right to you so we aren't understanding how your order can be cold. I don't know why I would call and lie about cold food I paid over 50$ dollars for but I can garentte you I won't spend another dime there absolutely ridiculous. She lied to me about ticket time clearly my caller time on my phone doesn't lie and she didn't take my call till 3:23 p.m. call lasted 4 minutes hard to put a order ticket in at 3:20 when I didn't call till 3 minutes after you supposedly put my order in. Very sad people have bad attitudes when it comes to dealing...

Entertainment Coupon Issues.... Stopped in 08-10-2018 with a valid "phone app" coupon offer from the "Entertainment 2018" book only to find they really don't want to accept it as presented. It was for "half off" (up to $8) for any one pizza. They claimed they were not willing participants in such offers thru the Entertainment book system of coupon offerings. They said they'd give me only $6 off the $17 pizza I ordered. I went out of my way to use a coupon offer they participated in (They paid Entertainment to be listed in the book - Genoa Pizza just doesn't appear there by accident) and now that they got me in the building they don't want to honor valid offers they advertise. When I called the girl was in such a hurry to take my order it was hard to understand her because she was speaking so fast. Then when my food arrived and I only ordered 3 things the delivery driver only had 2 items and had no idea it was even missing. He then told me he would have to come back with the rest of my order. So when I called to let them know what happened the girl who is the owner’s daughter told me my food was still sitting on the oven and it would still be good when it got to me . So she felt my food being over an hour old was ok. When I told her we wouldn’t order from there again she didn’t care. So this is how this place treats its customers.
