Wonderful Bakery. Attention to detail, listening to the customers needs and really understanding what they want. I arranged for a cake for a funeral reception here in Hermitage from Virginia. It could not have gone more smoothly had I been right there at the counter making my order in person. Communication was stellar and the cake was DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to DiLorenzo's that is in need of a special occasion cake or for pastries and cookies and bread. The bread looked delicious as well. Usually everything from this bakery/deli is phenomenal. Their homemade bread is exceptional in texture and taste and one of the best in the Shenango Valley.

Not sure what happened this Easter with the anise pizzelle cookies but none were edible by anyone at our Italian family gathering, except me, due to an excessive amount of anise flavoring. This tiny piece on the plate next to the cookie half was more than most could handle and we all love anise. The flavoring left a terrible aftertaste. I had to dip my cookie in coffee for it to be palatable.

Shouldn't someone be sampling a bite of what's being packaged before it's sold? This batch should have been discarded if the batter wasn't able to...

Literally this place is the best place in the area to eat, IT’S SO GOOD! Check out their daily specials because they’re always good. Their cheesecakes are to die for. So cute inside too. I am giving a 3 star rating however because, if you work, you will never eat there. Their hours are so stupid. You have to be unemployed or retired to get a chance to eat there. I can only eat there when my office orders lunch there.
