Asked for 2 Subway Clubs after already cutting the bread the person tells me "They're out of Roast beef is that ok?" I said no. This was at 7pm they didn't close for another 2 to 3 hours. Instead of going to the cooler and getting more they make the comment "I could put bacon on it and make it a Subway melt." If either my self or my other half wanted a subway melt I would have ordered it. And you can't tell me that they were completely out of roast beef by 7pm Sat. I bet if I went on there Sunday there would be roast beef sitting in the counter ready to go. What happened to customer service in the fast food industry ? I work a few fast food jobs in the my teens and if we ever ticked off and customer because we were to lazy to do something like go to the cooler and get more of something we would have gotten a major butt chewing by a member of the management staff. And if they were truly out if roast beef by 7pm on a Saturday then that falls under piss poor planning and ordering by the management of the place.    Read moreI attempted to pay for my sandwich with an e-gift card. The gift card bar code appeared to have been scanned correctly. But the guy stated that nothing pulled up and just looked at me. I replied, thatâs strange since I know it has a remaining balance and asked whether he could manually input the gift card number. He didnât answer but said letâs try scanning it again. Same result, with the gift card balance not pulling up, the guy again just looking at me and then he asked whether I still wanted the bottle of Coke. I proceeded with buying a 6 inch sub and a bottle of Coke for $12-13. Of note, I was the only customer inside the store at the time. Later, I checked the gift card balance on the Subway website and found it still has a $7.35...

Multiple times ive been left waiting in the drivethru for 10+ minutes when there arenât many cars in the lot and no one responds when asked if they are still there. The last 5 times ive gone ive ordered online and added avocado (an extra cost) and it has yet to be on my sandwich. Which no one tells me till I find out when I get home. If youâre out youâre out but not telling the customer that the extra money they spent is going nowhere is unacceptable. This place used to be really good, quality service, quality sandwiches but for the last 2 years itâs been going steadily downhill. I wonât be returning anymore this location has been given too...
