My father and I stopped in this morning around 8 o'clock for 2 large coffees with 3 sugars each. The young man that took our order was polite but we were standing there as 4 or 5 orders stacked up, as orders that were much more complicated were being brought out to customers that ordered long after we did. My main concern was a young lady, heavily made up with cosmetics, that seemed to be walking around aimlessly. The only tasks I actually witnessed her complete: 1.) place a big, dirty, blue bin on the counter in front of me and proceed to dump the ice into the machine and return the bin to the counter rather than placing the container some place more discreet 2.) hand customers orders, calling them out with no enthusiasm and an attitude that implied she'd rather be anywhere else. It wasn't until the young man that took our order noticed me still standing there after 5 minutes that we finally received our beverages. And it only took him 20 secs to do!!! I understand that the kitchen can get busy very fast, and that some orders have items already pre-made and ready but, it was 2 coffees! I work in customer service and I just want to ensure that all customers are being met with the same reverence. All I ask is that employees are aware that customers notice...
Read more2/19/19 OK folks, the cheesy bacon fries are beyond good, well worth a stop. Not exactly low calorie but, oh so good.
11/12 First time I have been inside in a very long time. Seating area, rest room very clean. Usually I just get the hot latte's but tonite had the new glazed chicken tenders. They are really good and have a nice sweet/spicey kick. Oh yes, the hot latte's are still the best.
Second post: Well two times in a row the Mc Cafe was available. Still the best hot latte around.
Original post: Extremely busy location, appears to have some turnover in staff but for the most part, pleasant and accommodating. Have had some slight issues, no shakes for a period during the summer (equipment failure). I found this extremely surprising for a large franchis/chain.
Had the same issue with the hot Mc Cafe selection. In some cases the equipment being cleaned or broken. This after waiting in the drive thru. I did respond to their survey for this.

A few weeks ago I got a deluxe big breakfast here. Got no syrup, condiments, utensils, and no hashbrowns. Had to drive back.
Tried again with another deluxe breakfast - this time no syrup for the pancakes. Drove back.
Tonight I ordered thru the app. Ordered my burgers with no cheese cause I’m lactose intolerant. Drove 15 miles…. Cheese on my burgers. Drove back.
I get mistakes happen, and most places are short staffed. My issue is not so much that my food was wrong. All 3 times the managers replaced my food, but offered no apology. 2 of the managers even seemed annoyed that I was talking to them. If a restaurant makes a mistake, I expect some type of humility or ownership of the problem. These employees just don’t seem to care.
Evidently, if I ever DO return to this McD, I’ll need to do an itemized inventory of my food before I drive away. McD used to pride themselves on double checking everyone’s order in the drive thru - Times...
