What's Up Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I love this place but yesterday I was really upset, I only ordered party platter and a drink and couple sodas, it came to 22.00 and some change, I wasn’t there that long either, so owners wife comes back with a bill of 35.00 and some change and says “sorry I Accidentally charged another customers bill on your card, I haven’t even cashed out yet, my card was still at the register… she was kinda smug about it didn’t offer any free drinks or my bill a discount on my bill, she said you will see it refunded right away, I still haven’t seen it, it’s still pending.. so when I left I got charged someone bill and then mine, so a total of 55 dollars.. I was gonna tip earlier before this happen but I was pretty upset and was actually nice about it when I shouldn’t have, but I was with my husband and friends so I didn’t want to cause scene, then I had issues with my bar chips earlier I felt like I was being ripped off.. I love the bar and go in frequently but this really upset me. I felt like what happens if I only had 30 something on my card then I wouldn’t even have enough to pay my bill, so then I would of had an unpaid bill with them… yea, not...

This is one of the few bars i go to in this city. I live in Sheboygan, and anyone here visiting will notice that there are bars everywhere. So, with a bar on every corner, I could easily go anywhere else.The nice thing about whats up is that they have happy hour until 8 every day. and one day its all day. The bartenders take forever to acknowledge your presence while continuing to help other people multiple times, I understand that maybe they could've been helping them when I walked up. And that's okay, but they didn't even greet me or say hi, or be right with you. One of my beers was warm. Normally I don't like to leave a review like this unless it's a repeated behavior, and this sadly is. It was quite obvious unless you're a regular, you aren't a priority.
