We were looking for a used oven and thought we found a good one at a good price. We asked and we were told that it was checked out and everything was working. Not so! Three burners lit but the left front one didn't. The igniter worked but apparently no gas was reaching it. They came out to look at it and suggested that it needed cleaning. What? Supposedly the 60 day warranty only means they will come out and look at it within the first 60 days. They would not take it back unless we paid $75 for the return. So they sold us a non-working unit that they told us was working and then charged us $75 to return their non-working unit to them. Total sale was $422 of which they say they will refund $150. Must be that new math.

What a racket!

After reading your response I am even more frustrated with your practices. Didn't it occur to you to test the unit after your person cleaned it? Your salesperson told us everything was working. Not true. And exactly how is your getting the old oven plus the purchased oven and $272 out of our pocket fair and equitable to everyone? We got nothing but a bad experience and $150 out of $422 spent. This will be a topic in many conversations...

Walked in looking for an inexpensive washing machine. Place had air conditioning and had a relaxed setting. They had a few options for under 300. The washing machines were really nice for the price. I asked if they test the washers out before selling and the man walked me over and showed me. It gave me peace of mind seeing how they test them before hand. I like that there's still a 60 day warranty and that they only charge 10$ for home delivery. It would be nice if they offered services to set up the appliance for an additional cost. The guy working when we went in was very helpful and patient when I asked a lot of questions about washer and dryer buying options. Didn't buy through them however definitely would feel comfortable and fairly confident with making future appliance purchases through them. I was referred by 3 separate parties to go check the place out so they have a good reputation in the community for being reliable fair business worth the price to know everything works and been checked.
