Date 3-16-20 @2:00 The beer is on point as it always is. And the pizza from Folino’s is the best. Great job and service. We also took pizza to go... it’s on point !! So why the 2 stars... awful bartender. He didn’t even acknowledge us and gave us zero directions on how this place works. Luckily we have been here before, but not before they expanded. The bartender would rather chat with a single couple at the bar than greet and include /help or say hi to new comers. This has happened 5 times while we were eating and tasting while waiting for our car to be repaired at the local VW. We had to help the people coming in the door as he didn’t even say “hi be with you in a sec” nope that did not happen. We directed them how to order food from the iPad type ordering system . Just ignore them as if they are not there. Where are the managers you ask... hiding behind the mirrored door next to the bar. Watching this all happen and not helping, more so seeing nothing wrong with their “Customer Service” great leadership . The only time we saw them come out was to scolded a customer trying to get a can beer out of the cooler. Our minds were blown by this. Food and Beer on Point ... Disappointed. We used to love this place. Mastermind was amazing, but recently, something changed. It's not what it was. We visited today and the brewery was an unpleasant experience. The two behind the bar wouldn't disclose any information. Don't bother asking any questions; the response will be that they don't let the tap room know anything. We came from another brewery in Burlington that had no problem telling us what hops we were drinking. Thank God we didn't have any food/hop allergies.

When we asked if the cans they had were cold, we were told everything they make is not pasteurized so it's kept cold, meanwhile there were pallets of another canned beer sitting in the window behind them WARM.

I haven't tried it recently, but previously I was impressed with Hodad, which is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. I hope they can return to what...
