Folino's has it all: a massive, diverse menu, inventive toppings, and the perk of enjoying your pizza right inside Fiddlehead Brewery with a refreshing IPA! 🍻 Here’s what we tried:

1️⃣ Fire Kracker Shrimp - This pizza blew me away! 🔥🍤 Topped with garlic, arugula, red onions, and chipotle-marinated shrimp, I didn't expect to love shrimp on pizza this much. Easily a Top 10 bite of the year. 10/10 💯

2️⃣ Leeky Chicken - Featuring buffalo chicken, leeks, and bacon, this pizza was cooked to perfection. The buffalo sauce added a perfect kick 🌶️, and the chicken was juicy and tender. 9/10 👏

3️⃣ Truffle Pig - A three-cheese blend with asparagus, bacon, and truffle oil. 🧀🥓 While the asparagus was a fun twist, I wished for more of that truffle flavor. Still, a tasty pick! 8/10 ✨

Folino's is a little fancier than your average neighborhood slice shop. Their pies are wood fired, fairly thin, and can have a nice char on them (I recommend ordering them well done, for extra crispyness), making them feel like they lean in a neapolitan direction. However the way they are built is not pretentious. This place is still a good choice for getting a large buffalo chicken pie to watch a hockey game with your friends. Their ingredients are high quality and this is reflected in the price when adding extra toppings, however ordering standard pies off the menu is not super expensive. The dough is really nice. It's got a good chew, really nice flavor, and doesn't get soggy, even if it can be a bit floppy because it's so thin. They also sell uncooked dough for you to take home. Ordering online is a good experience, the website works well and makes it easy to build your pie the way you want. I wish they had Bleu cheese.
