EDIT: Owner's response isn't fully truthful. The ladies at the front said "between 30-40 mins" and I walked in 7:20 when the man in the back out loud rudely said "it's been over an hour, it's been sold" ... Their own words were "it's been sold" after one lady mentioned that they had a rush.. I walked in at said time (7:36) to pick up the new fresh pizza I had to wait for.. The bad review is justified due to the poor experience, and Napoli's response to it with lies isn't right. NOW this is beyond bad business. Yes I got a free drink and fresh pizza, but the situation I wasn't happy with. I'm appalled at the response when the employees know the real situation. . . Disorganized. Prepaid for a pizza in-store and was told 40 mins. When we came back to pick up my pizza THEY SOLD IT to another customer stating “over an hour had passed” and thought we weren’t coming back? We came ON TIME. 40mins give or take a couple mins to ensure it was ready. Proved this with receipts. We had to wait extra time for our pizza since they sold it to another customer…Communicate with your cashiers and workers so you don’t f up like this again. Least they were “apologetic” after the defensive act was dropped and realized the situation. I recommend not selling prepaid pizzas accusing customers of “not coming back” because you didn’t keep track of time. Get your organization together and treat...

First time trying this restaurant and I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. When I opened the box, it had 2 halves of 2 different sized pizzas, unattached, like they tried to piece together 2 halves of different pizzas to equal one pizza. The edges were black and half the toppings were missing like it was either dropped or burned. There were maybe 2 pieces in the whole box that could have been deemed edible. They did give me a brand new pizza after I called and complained, but very inconvenient to have to run back up there. The pizza itself was average at best once we received an edible one. With how many good quality pizza places we have in this area, I do not find it...

I ordered 10 cheese burek 10 meat burek and 7 pizzas for my daughters 2nd birthday party and when I went to pick it up they only gave me two pizzas and when I told them it’s supposed to be 7 they said “oh do you still want them” with an atritude. duh! I had a whole birthday party of people to feed! They literally gave us cold food. Not even the slightest bit warm. $280 for the food and I had to reheat every single one of the when I got home. Such a waste of money. Lost me as a customer and the 30 people...
