Subway — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

Very disappointed! I don't like to give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Unless you watch your sub being made I would avoid this location.

I recently ordered three subs online. There was barely anything between the bread on two of the subs. It was the least amount ingredients I have ever seen on a sub. The amount of each item was insulting. I don't know if the person who made the subs did this out of spite or just didn't care. I would have felt better if some items were missing rather than such a scarce amount of each item.

There have been occasional bad experiences with wrong items or not enough of each item on subs, but this time there wasn’t more than what I could quickly pick up with three fingers.

Since the store was closed before we had a chance to eat our subs I emailed the store with my concerns. I never received a response from the store.

There had been two other times in the last few months that online orders from this location didn't have as much of each item as it should. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures. Given the amount of 1 star reviews there seems to be a frequent problem...

Not so friendly staff, food quality is not fresh after a certain time I'm assuming because I went in around 4pm ... the veggies were mixed together with others, slimey, discolored and some dried out .. definitely not fresh I wasn't able to build my sub the way I wanted..I usually get most of the veggies on my sub and could only get lettuce, tomato (i took a chance on those they looked a little questionable ) and pickles...when I asked why does the veggies look so bad and can they switch out the veggies one employee had an attitude and said nothing they can do and that's just how it is... The store still had 6 hours till close with only those veggies and they looked disgusting at 4 pm. They gave me a free medium drink for the issue which I asked for they did not offer....the fountain pop tasted funny unfortunately and that was the closest sub place to me so as much as I wanted to just walk out and go somewhere else I was already there. I know I won't be...

I never have a good experience here. I came here years ago and got stale bread and expired chips. I worked at subway 10 years ago and we were always told to throw out old bread/chips. I made the mistake of returning today, only because other locations won't take the coupon, and my foot long sandwich wound up being 8 inches today. I call up there, and they say okay bring it back and I had to wait for their manager to show up to resolve the issue. Turns out, the girl was new and used a WRAP instead of a flatbread. I got no apology and a ton of attitude from this manager and they threw the other one out in front of me. I learned my lesson this time....
