I have eaten here a total of 4 times. The first 3 were great. This last time was a NIGHTMARE. Here is how the evening went: We sat down. Waited patiently for a server and that turned into a 30 minute wait and they weren’t even a 1/4 full. We were finally given our drinks after being there 45 minutes. Waited 28 more minutes and received our food. Opened our silverware enclosed by a paper napkin and the 2 out of 3 forks were dirty. I mean FOOD was stuck on the silverware. I brought it to the servers attention and she got the manager and she said, and I quote “ This is so nasty and unacceptable! I will have them polished and bring them back!” - that was ODD and just not good business practices at all. Our brisket burnt ends were VERY tough and just not eatable at all. My friends chicken had onions and vinaigrette all over it (which she asked to NOT be put on her sandwich) and to top it all off her chicken was not done. I asked for some type of compensation because the meals , the silverware being dirty and RAW chicken is NOT ACCEPTABLE. The manager said “ This is my 2nd day I’m trying to do my best and she was rude about it. She did NOT compensate nor did she act in a professional manner. The poor server was mortified and embarrassed. I felt sorry for her. I still want to talk with someone about this. I’ve been coming here since they were under a white dome and the casino was being built! Long time Caesars card holder and by far my WORST experience at a Caesars establishment EVER!!! I’m hoping you have a better experience...
Read moreSince Caesars took over it's the worst casino I've ever been at in the last 20 years. I wish Caesars would leave Indiana and new ones would come in because that place is nothing but stealing money and getting by with it legally. When you go to a casino and can't hit a bonus and play money like let's say a $1.50 and spend the night there and spend $4,000 and never hit a bonus it's and never hit anything then something is very wrong. This is highway robbery I don't know who these people think they are but I wish they'd leave Indiana bring back grand you people suck and the place needs to be shut down because you're stealing the people's money for your own benefits. Better yet you need to be sued. There should be a law against let places like this get by with what they are doing. It all adds up to greed. As of June 18th Caesars was worth 20 billion dollars. I would say that it is probably much more then that. All Caesars are owned by Vicki properties and they're buying up everything and there's like 10 or 12 of them and they're already millionaires and billionaires but they want more it's all about the greed. People need to start going to casinos that are not owned by Vicki properties check it out find the ones that aren't and maybe you'll hit Go to terre haute it's a whole lot better than Caesars...
Read moreWife plays the slots while I sit in the Winner's Circle and have my beer and cigar(s). Covid-19 has changed the smoking arrangement. No more smoking at the bar, but you can at the tables, which are limited. Beer selection is more limited. No local craft brews like before. Still somewhat enjoyable but at the same time not the same atmosphere. I will still continue to patronize the Winner’s Circle. Might want to plan on eating before or after play. The sidewalk cafe is the only food service operating. Buffet is still closed. Indiana Grand is doing a good job dealing with all the COVID-19...
