So recently I went to dinner here, not expecting much based on every other experience I've had here, so I didn't want to spend 29 dollars on a piece of overcooked rawhide, or whatever deplorable meat cut they serve here, knowing full-well that at this point, serving bad steaks is their modus operandi.

I decided that maybe since they charge 15.90 or thereabouts for a "prime rib sandwich," I'd try it. My dad followed a similar notion and did the same thing. The order came to the table.

I got a completely dried-out hotdog bun that had (I'd guess) hit the flat top griddle long enough to be burnt, a mound of oversalted meat, and some inedibly salty french fries. My dad got the same. He is not a picky eater, at all, but agreed that it was terrible and sent it back.

I am a professional cook, and just sort of wondering how anyone can justify dumping that much salt on some dried-out leftover "prime rib" or "ribeye," with salty cheese on top. The jus it was supposed to be served with also tasted like a mound of salt.

We did manage to get it taken off our ticket, but the manager who took it off tried to explain the situation off as it "came pre-packaged and unseasoned," said "that's weird," and told us they don't "do anything but throw it on the flat top" and asked us if we'd like a replacement. None of us wanted one after. Fix your food ffs sake. Don't blame the customer's palate. I guess I should have just gone back to the salad bar, which is the only thing I've been able to find that's even close to worth the cost in that place, but literally everything else is bad. Dried out potato skins, horrifically made fried-green tomatoes, dry chicken 'fingers', over-salted freezer fries, and don't even get me started on how they treat their "steaks." I'm not really sure how they have managed to keep the rating they have, because every time I have been in this place in the past 3 years, the food has been awful. All of it. There is not a single thing other than the salad bar worth eating on the entire menu.

Oh, I guess the...

IF you're on a time-frame I wouldn't recommend eating here-

The food, WHEN and if you ever get it, is still seemingly the same, but the time frame for which it arrives is not. We ordered 1 chicken tenders dinner with fries adding the salad bar to the order. We got our salads from salad bar, and then waited for 15 minutes for the rolls to arrive. Used to, hot rolls were on the table as soon as you gave your drink order.

We actually finished our salads, and had to wait over 45 minutes for our dinner. We were never given an explanation nor an apology for the ridiculous delay. Finally we asked, WHERE is our dinner? It takes 5-7 minutes to deep-fry tenders and/or fries. Our server tells us, it will be out any minute, with our wait now arriving at nearly an hour- Server leaves, then after couple minutes comes back to tell us, the kitchen forgot to put our order in, blaming the kitchen staff for the delay. After all that, and 5 more minutes we finally got our meal. It was hot, and tasted fine. Ironically the people who came in right before we got our food, ordered the exact same thing and received theirs, within minutes. The aggravation of all this, was just compounded then, by our server acting like nothing was wrong, no apologies, no discounts for the exceptionally longgggg delays, not even a free dessert..... Just a bill and goodbye. It's sad, because everytime our family is in town, we eat here, but after this, we will likely never...

Unfortunately this was the worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. Everything was bad besides the salad bar and the server. The shrimp appetizer was pretty pathetic and the ribs were as well. My husband and I ordered the same steak and his was half the size of mine. I ordered a medium steak but it was completely brown and looked like a brick. It was bad enough for the server to notice and say "oh that's not a medium steak." She took it and brought out another one that was exactly the same way so I didn't eat it. We ordered my daughter a kids chicken and fries, which we actually never received. After bringing that to our waitresses attention she came back after speaking with the manager and told us "We took the chicken off the bill since you didn't get it, and I was able to get you a free dessert." After my toddler eating a couple small scoops of the ice cream we noticed a long grey hair laying across the brownie. What are the odds of that happening? It almost felt intentional (I have a picture of it). After our comped chicken we ordered but didn't get our bill was STILL almost $70!!! The manager did not offer to comp my steak meal that they got wrong twice. I have never been this upset and ended up getting sick after. This was such a bad experience here I am writing my first ever online review for any service or product. Needless to say we won't be...

Cattleman's Roadhouse is quickly becoming one of my favorite dining spots in town. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. I recently visited Cattleman's Roadhouse for the second time in a row, and I have to say, they consistently impress me with their delicious food and excellent service. This time, I ordered the pork chops and I was delighted by how perfectly they were cooked. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection - just the way I like it. The sides that came with it were also delicious and complemented the pork chops perfectly. Our waitress Sarah was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service at Cattleman's Roadhouse is always top-notch, and it really adds to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Cattleman's Roadhouse for anyone looking for a great meal with fantastic service. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items - it's quickly becoming a favorite spot of mine.

I had high expectations for this restaurant after reading many reviews. I was staying next door at the Ramada Hotel. I called in and ordered Tony's Country Fried Steak with the side being the White cheese mac and cheese. It also came with two rolls and cinnamon butter. I walked over there at peak time and the place was packed but I got my food very quickly. The wait staff was very friendly. As I walked out the door I noticed the bag seemed light. When I got back to my room I was disappointed to find a very small country fried steak that looked like it had come frozen out of a box pre breaded(see pic) and it tased like one too. I expected a steakhouse to serve a hand breaded decent sized steak. To add insult to injury, the mac and cheese was a very small portion.(see pic) The pic of the mac and cheese was before any was eaten. Sadly, the best item was the rolls with the butter. The only reason I gave two stars and not one was the fact that the meal was only 10.00 but I still felt cheated.

Went to dine in for lunch on Friday with my husband, for my birthday. I love a good steak so we both ordered the Cowboy Ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. My compliments to the Chef. We ordered lots of appetizers ( boneless Buffalo wings, fried green tomatoes, mozzarella triangles, loaded potato skins) and I was surprised how delicious the boneless Buffalo wings were, they were very juicy. Everything was hot and delicious. I think Our servers name was Tammy. She was very friendly and attentive. I didn't try the salad bar because I didn't even notice it at first, and then assumed that maybe it was shut down due to Covid,etc..but while taking our order, our server asked us if we wanted to try the salad bar but I declined, maybe I'll try it next time.. I got the molten lava cake with the scoop of vanilla ice cream as my birthday dessert. It was really good.
