The way you can improve on it is to not have the night crew stuck with absolutely no staff or prep or even the supplies like oil , chicken, menu items even cups and forks. They do the best to serve the customers thru the good and the bad but to have the same struggles daily, weekly and the GM not care to fix their own issues with ordering stock and having proper equipment to filter oil vats or even have no oil to replace. I spent countless nights trying serve high volume dinner rush product with 1 out 4 fryers working. The other 3 were so bad from not filtering they caught fire. Now it was 6pm the same issue was present at 5am that morning with GM n her pet Assistant n neither took the time or effort to get a replacement for the filtering device or oil from other stores. Instead it was left off n covered with lid and forgot about white they took turns sitting in office or out side the back door enjoying multiple cigarettes and scrolling through their phones watching tiktok or texting. This is the difference between a 5 (I was being very kind) and the 6 u said u would like to get. Probably this review process is ready by Tracy the AD it said owner next to the response but I never met anyone. The person that will see this isn't going to care enough to address the situation and it's not any secret they knew about it while it went on. Very little support is offered to the crew or shift managers mostly so it's just the way it goes alot days and those who don't care also stay n keep the ship sputtering along but those that are trying to be better than average and want fix same old issues but eventually they will lose the drive and desire to settle for less than and the stress of having battle every day with different things or 2 people trying run the store by themselves while mnger is outside sleep in her car high. Or leaving for different reasons for couple hours is not job that is in the end that's rewarding so much it makes up for that nonsense. They have lost so many great staff and management out of frustration and being burnout for trying carry the load of that lack of leadership in the store that they just don't want to be there anymore and they don't feel like they are making difference especially when the top dogs are not on board with the team so the team just doesn't progress. GM isn't about salary's and the power trip it's about the want to be leader and then that will be installed into the crew the shift managers and they want do better when their shown better. Training is a joke it's not done correctly or in timely manner u can't take new person n train them to run the store alone by just teaching them 5 mins here or there. Or bringing other managers to the store to teach them because they're GM doesn't like to train people their excuse is they done it so long they don't know how to verbally tell the trainee as they are showing them things. It's hard watch person take order on drive thru headset not hear the order or customer not see the order rang up or anything because they can't teach them so they have them make drinks bag food and week later wonder why the crew member has trouble doing drive thru left on their own confused and told they should be able to the task by that point like they have had 6 or 8 years at it like the boss had. Too much pass the buck not enough the buck stops there....

Placed my order through app for convince since I don't know the menu too well yet. Pulled up and didn't have a way to select my parking spot. I waited for my order to be ready for pickup and went ahead and called the store, per the app. Only rang for about 2 minutes and then it just hung up.
I walked in and no one was behind the counter. An employee that was cleaning the lobby stopped what she was doing to take care of me. She walked up to a hidden corner and told the other 3 employees that I was standing out in the lobby waiting for my food.
So as I was waiting (they had only at this point started making my food despite it saying that my food was ready), they made it seem as though their whole world was falling apart. The drive thru employee has the drink machine run out of Diet coke while she was trying to fill a drink. How I know is that she decided to scream it out loud and then proceeded to walk to the back area and change out the syrup screaming "I HATE IT HERE". The employee that was cleaning the lobby was mortified.
The people trying to to make my order yelled over at the cook who I guess ran out of some of the food. They were out of chicken strips and fries, which were on my order that was "ready to be picked up". The cook also snapped back at the other employees, making it a very hostile situation.
Another customer walked in and the employee that was cleaning the lobby stopped what she was doing to take his order. After which she went to the grill area and started to make his order all the whole the other 4 employees in the grill area seemed to move around a bunch but never actually do anything. Interestingly enough, she was able to excite the other employees enough to actually get things moving.
I was offered my drink cups,so i proceeded to make my Drinks and take them to the car. The drink station was in complete disrepair. It seemed like the ice had been constantly melting and was dripping out of the spout. The issue ends up being that the drop tray was completely full.
.. more to come...

I asked the young boy at the register how long on fresh chicken. He looked at me with a puzzled look. I told him that I could hear it in the fryer, just ask how long. He meandered off to the drive thru window. Then walked back to the front register. Then walked back to the end of the counter. Then finally turned around and looked into the back and asked the cook how long on chicken. All he had to do was use the microphone at the front register. They didn't have enough chicken at 6pm for a 12 piece tailgate special. Can't sell apples from an empty cart.
Then the couple behind me ordered two dine in meals. They were told their total so the older gentleman gave the cashier a twenty dollar bill and the exact change to get just bills back. The young boy laughed and said "sir, our registers can give change" so he gave him the change back and then the change for his twenty. We both looked at each other and smiled and shook our heads.
Average drive thru time was well over ten minutes.
I'm not even sure what they do on dine in orders but they start an order and stop part way through to take another customers order. Then piece by piece slowly complete all orders. There is no order to packing dine in orders or even an urgency to get a customer their food.
6 or 7 or 8 people in the back and 1 up front doesn't work. You have to get people in and out with hit fresh food. They don't want to wait ten minutes and then wind up with luke warm food.
Try Cajun Classic marinate it's a superior taste compared to the marinate being used.
Also explain to the employees how to properly season the french fries. Dumping seasoning just on the top fries then taking those for the first order leaves every one else with unseasoned french fries.
I can continue but I'm tired of typing. So many easily...
