1st off I called on a Friday 11:30 in the morning to place an order for 3 people using 2 credit cards. The owner answered the phone and said JC it's lunch time were very busy and you're gonna call and order with 2 cards? Well what's the Difference if I called twice Placing 2 separate orders and have them delivered to the same place. If the lunch specials werent such a good price and it didn't take the so long to decide on a place to eat I would have told the owner I would take my business elsewhere. Then even know that happens my mom and I went to dinner there on The Following Tuesday And I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and mom ordered a small antipasto which had all the ends of the lettuce which were the hard ends with the veins. very little meat 1 cherry or grape tomato cut in half and no cheese. They now do not leave a bottle of ketchup on the table they bring you a very small cup of ketchup. I asked if I could have a couple of extra ketchups but only ended up using one so I told the waitress that I hadn't touched the 2nd 1 and she can have it back. She then told us she would take the extra one off the bill. I asked if they charged for ketchup and to my surprise said yes 50 cents each ! Are you kidding me! You are gonna charge somebody for ketchup for their fries? And nowhere in the restaurant or on the menu does it tell you you are charged extra for ketchup. I now know that we will never order from there again at work and I know my mom and I will not be visiting their either. And we wondered why the restaurant was empty and there were hardly any orders being picked up. Now we can understand why. Definitely will not recommend or go...
Read moreI called in, and at the time didn't know I got the OWNER of the place, Antonio. I ordered a chicken wrap for my girl, a tenders and fries for my daughter. I asked the person/owner on the phone what he recommended: broccoli rabe and sausage grinder or meatball parm. Being that it's the owner I expected a more experienced response, he said, " the meatball parm, because I can make it faster" then put me on hold because he had a customer calling in... Antonio's messed up my 2 previous orders and I said nothing, just waited on hold. Then he comes back and said which one you want, I said broccoli rabe and sausage grinder, and I asked what cheese comes on it if any at all? He says you ask too many questions and put me on hold again...comes back on the phone yelling in Italian, impatient angry man. Then I said just give me it as it comes, but PLEASE sausage well done. Pickup the food bring it home, the broccoli rabe and sausage was in a to go container, not a grinder and the sausage was barely cooked. Goes to show you how important people who answer the phone are, when they are clearly more competent and patient the the owner HIMSELF. I wish I could put zero stars, piss poor customer service, from the man who's name is on the BUILDING...never...
Read moreNew to the area, so it's hard to find a pizza place that I like..I got a meatball bacon pizza.. AWESOME... Nice crispy crust and good topping portions..I also got the fried mozzarella... Now I'm a stickler for fried mozzarella... Nobody makes it good and they are usually premade frozen sticks that they fry and are cool and hard before you get to eat them and you end up in disappointment all night crying in the mirror wondering what in the world you did to deserve that kind of exposure to lower levels of food quality and preparation etc... Not these bad boys.. Not only are they cheaper than the competition, these things are huge, like bananas, and made to order. You get 4 of them and because they are so big, they stay hot longer so you can cut into it and see the molten cheese just ooze out into the delicious chunky tomato sauce, before you go completely savage and destroy these big beautiful fried cheese logs... Been on the West coast for the past 8 days and I was craving some East coast pizza and accessories when I got home and I'm beyond satisfied. Thank you. Number is now saved in...
