while the food is arguably tasty, I’d definitely skip. their website and menus show they use open table but if you make a reservation through open table you will arrive to no record of your reservation. their reasoning? not all staff checks the account because they don’t all have access. Even though this is definitely their issue, we were lectured that they were full (gesturing to a mostly empty restaurant) … an issue making a reservation 3 days before is meant to prevent lol. throughout the hour of tense dining, we watched different staff make different choices when it came to parties without reservations - usually showing them a lot more grace than for the mistake of their own making. beyond their disastrous reservation policy, while they might have been short staffed that night, waits for water and drinks like beer and wine were about 25-30 minutes after ordering. I can appreciate struggling when someone calls out but an hour after opening all conversations from staff were about how they were already potentially running out of dough, just stocking the bar, and exaggerating the size of the pizzas to guests they were asking to order less. it was honestly a disaster. I think a rare instance for Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares to cover a place where the food is the least of their issues.

We got the bangkok to rome, the Santa fe luau, proscuitto, and the gondo sth or other and they were great. I had their mango madness with pog juice subsitute and that was really good as well!
