Burger King — Restaurant in Shenandoah

well you aim to disappoint. I complained about this place before and someone said give it another try under new management. I did try it again and you still suck. my parents ordered their food, paid. my daughter ordered her food and paid. I was ordering mine and my parents got their food (chicken sandwich was missing the lettice and was dry as hell), I finished ordering and paid. and stood there for a while but figured mine would take a bit for grilled chicken. my daughter stood there waiting and waiting as I listened to the drive thru lady take orders, she was a bit loud. and she took and served 5 drive thru orders and 3 were chick sandwiches. all the while my daughters whopper is sitting there and she is just waiting on a chicken sandwich. when I got my food my parents were half done eating and by time my kid got her food my parents were done and...

I will admit it was Xmas eve. Pulled up to drive through. No cars ahead of us.. none in parking lot, none behind us.. Was told "please hold for a moment, sir" No problem. 7 mins of silence later, in the pouring rain,, window down,, with now 4 cars behind me, I yelled "am I still waiting!?" They said "yes, sir, we are sorry, one more moment." 3 mins later finally take my order It was a rather large order. $40+. Pull to window, waited about 10 more mins. That didn't bother me, like i said, large drive thru order. Get home. Missed 3 items totaling $12. Absolutely horrible experience. Inexcusable to be THAT incompetent. It hurts me to leave bad reviews, it's something I hardly ever do. Specially for a crew of young kids. But it needs...

So I visited this location multiple times and normally don’t have any issues. Tonight I show up in the drive thru and notice I’m one of the only people there. So I say my order then all of a sudden I’m told “oh we can’t make burgers at all tonight. We can make everything else just not burgers” now I’ve never heard of a Burger King running out of burgers before but alright. So I order a hersheys pie slice, large fry and large doctor pepper and it is what it is. Then after sitting at the window for 15 minutes I finally get my food and get home and by then I’m settled down enough to realize there’s no drink and no pie and in the bag is just a small fry and small mozz fry. I’m extremely disappointed...
