Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Shenandoah

The worst lol. The food is fine, usually never have complaints. But the past 3 or so times ordering from here has just been terrible. First, my boyfriends pizza never even delivered? The dominos app always says delivered before it gets here, but this time we waited hours and it just never even showed. Of course, when we called nothing was done about this. He gave a 5 dollar delivery tip for something that was never delivered and they rejected the idea of owing it back. I still can’t believe this somehow happened and nothing was done. Its beyond me why he decided to order again from this location but the same issue happened where it says delivered, but it’s not, and you have to end up usually calling only for them to say it will be there soon and it never gets there “soon.” They called to say delivery would be about 2 hours so my boyfriend decided to go pick it up and they offered him a 2 liter bottle of soda in exchange for the, again, 5 dollar delivery tip 😂 you can’t...

I repeat DONT ORDER FROM HERE DONT ORDER DONT ORDER BAD SERVICE...THEY TOOK ALMOST TWO HOURS TO DELIVER MY PIZZA I NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.AGAIN ...THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER THEN TGEY SAID HIS CAR BROKE DOWN THEN THEY SAID THEY CALLED ..SO NOT TRUE I SWEAR AND KID YOU NOT I ORDER OUT ALOT AM A WORKING MOTHER WHO HAS SIX KIDS AND WHAT KID DOES NOT LOVE PIZZA I ORDER LIKE 5 TO 6 PIZZA AT A TIME ...I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ..THE HELL WITH THIS TWO HOURS FOR THREE PIZZAS TONIGHT ..THEN WHEN YOU CALL THE PERAON ON THE PHONE IS RUDE .PLEASE I BEG YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ..BETTER OFF MAKING SANDWICHES.OR SOMETHING YOUR SELF ..I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR CUZ IT WONT LET ME POST OTHER WISE ..NOT...

All of the negative reviews are NOT an exaggeration! I'm a truck driver and was staying at a local hotel for the night. I ordered a small pizza, sandwich, and a couple of drinks at 7:19pm. My order didn't arrive until 10:05....and was lukewarm when it finally got here. Being in a tractor-trailer makes it difficult to simply drive to a restaurant so I was stuck there until my dinner showed up. I learned my lesson and suggest that if you want a pizza DO NOT order from this pathetic place.....unless you order several hours ahead of when you'd like to eat. Next time I'm laying over there I'm bringing my own...
