Subway — Restaurant in Shepherd

This subway experience was worst I ever had. The women working the store obviously didn't want to be there. First thing she said when we walked in the door "all we have is wheat bread". They advertise subway melts, but she said we don't have the equipment to do a subway melt. I asked for bread to be removed from center like I do at all subways across the state of Texas with no problem and she tells me "corporate won't let us do that". She was not wearing a mask, which no problem in Texas but unusual for food service workers, even now. The strange thing is no one was allowed to eat inside the store because all tables had Covid restriction on them, not every other table. Nice store but lousy employee...

This establishment never has basic sandwich ingredients. My husband started a sandwich and the employee never mentioned the lack of lettuce (basic ingredient for sandwiches). She told him once the sandwich was already out of the toaster. He asked for bacon and avocado on this sandwich and she “forgot” to add those. I was brought a ham and Mayo sandwich, no cheese, no avocado, no bacon, no lettuce. I could’ve made that at home for free. I am always very displeased by this subway. If the workers aren’t twacked out or stoned, then they’re just purely lazy and rude. Do not waste your time...

Normally i would give 5stars but today i go to get my food and the one young girl not only did not know what she was doing she kept passing my order to the last while waiting on everyone else my order was online so the order took 45min while i was waiting there and get home and every single sandwich was wrong!! If i get there again and she is working i will drive to cleveland because its one thing to not know how to make a sandwich it is uncalled...
