Very long time spent waiting and no resolution to the issue we came in for. I am so sick of doctors telling you to go to the ER and the ER telling you to follow up with your doctor. On top of that they gave my husband a note to return to work right away but stated not to bear weight on his leg how is he supposed to work a 10 hour shift on his feet without bearing weight on his leg?! Also think staff should be mindful of how thin the walls are we could hear you guys talking and laughing in great detail it's not very comforting when you're waiting long periods of time waiting to be seen by...

It took them a week to give me a medical clearance for surgery. I provided the paper the day of, dr said he would sign and email. And a week later i still don’t have it. He said everything was clear and good to go. Delayed response from staff, they don’t answer the phone, and when they do they all tell you something different. I called 10 different times and kept being put on hold. Was told it would be back the same day, it’s been a week to sign a paper and put my weight/height...

So I went to the dentist and BP was crazy, so I came to my pcp Crystal Holloway for physical, initially my BP was through the roof. The nurses talked to me like a real person not like a patient and assured me that after I talked to Crystal my BP would drop. They were right. The best physical ever.
