I absolutely love love love 2 brothers hibachi. The service is wonderful and the people are friendly. The food is exceptionally yummy. I usually get the chicken. Sometimes I get it without the veggies, but either way it's awesome. The steak is also very very yummy. Oh and don't forget about the shrimp. My mouth is watering just describing it. If you think they are expensive, just wait until you see the amount you get. Leftovers always!! The sauce they make, I don't know what it is, but it's definitely a must. This place beats all others in this area. (As far as Oriental food goes.) These guys and gals definitely know how to cook this food. Everything is always fresh. It's never cooked until you order it, and it never sits under a heating lamp. I have been here many times, everywhere they have been. Will continue to eat here as long as they are around. Do I recommend? YES!!!! Thank you 2 Brothers Hibachi. (Pic's double chicken no veggies, with and without the flash)

We tried a few of the sushi dishes and some appetizers. I really loved their hibachi back in the day, so just wanted to see how the expanded menu was. We went on a Saturday night and were seated upstairs. Takoyaki: my husband said it was chewy and most likely frozen but had good flavor. No fish flakes on top. Came out lukewarm. Crab rangoons: not a fan. Weird gritty texture in the cream cheese. Came with a chili sauce, did not like that either. Caterpillar roll, Dragon Roll, and California Roll were amazing!! Philadelphia Roll had an off, slightly sour taste. There's some room for improvement, but definitely was worth the trip! I hope they'll add Miso Soup to the menu.

First time..FLAVOR EXPLOSION šŸ’„! I'm all about that. Had the teriyaki beef which was the best teriyaki taste I've ever had. The vegetables were seasoned so good and still had a crunch to them after being cooked...great job. The rice...man didn't need no other sauce or anything on it... perfectly seasoned and fluffy even the bits of egg in the rice..yess! Tried their Japanese ranch house sauce....so šŸ˜‹ yummy. I believe their still remodeling inside...when you walk in just some little table with a man sitting there to greet and take order. You can still eat in there by the kitchen. Will definitely go again. Great food!

I guess based on the reviews I was expecting off the chart awesome food, sadly for my husband and I it just didn't live up to the hype. We did eat there and we found the way they serve dine in guest to be quite lacking. I get that they are not 100% set up for dine in, I would say it would be a stretch to say 50% ready. We were told that the food would be served in to go containers at our table, which was nice to know. But for the person serving the food to walk past us with the Styrofoam containers in order to put them in a bag and toss sauces and (flimsy) plasticware in a bag then return with the bag was a bit ridiculous. Just give us the food and then bring the other stuff. We did not appreciate watching order after order after order of to go food leave the kitchen while we were sitting in the "dining room" waiting and waiting for WAY too long. Again, I get it not fully open. But treat the dine in people a little bit better. We are there, we are waiting. Buy some plates, and cutlery, use the glasses that are stacked up behind the bar.

Overall the food was ok. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy, fried rice a bit bland for my taste. The chicken was good, especially when dipped in their Japanese Ranch sauce. My husband had the trio (steak, chicken and shrimp) he said it was good.

We will definitely try this place again once they are actually a fully functioning restaurant as we live too far away to pick up and take the food home. Hopefully they will become an actual restaurant and not a food truck serving food out of a building. ...

This food is amazing and the hospitality was above and beyond. I called in dinner for my birthday and ordered the trio Steak, Shrimp and Chicken. The kind hostess over the phone informed me that they were out of steak which is understandable on a hour before close on a Saturday night. I was fine with substituting the teriyaki steak in place of the regular steak as I have read nothing but good reviews. I had a family pick up my order for me and when I seen my order not only were the containers overflowing mouth watering aromas, steam and meat. I noticed not only did I get what I ordered but also there was a whole portion of the steak I was bummed out them running out of! So I had the delicious Steak, the savory Shrimp, chicken and the highly recommended Teriyaki Chicken. Definitely will be going back occasionally and great place for Celebration dining. 5 Star Meal hands down! If you are reading this now debating on if its worth it. YES. Go now and have an amazing dinner with these guys. Will be recommending to all of my friends amd family across...

Not bad. Not great. Got the combo steak and shrimp plate. Asked for no rice and was charged $1 for extra veg. I don't want extra veg, just no rice, but since it was my first time, I just went with the flow. The steak was tender, shrimp well cooked but found it a bit bland for my taste. Now before you say 'try it spicy next time', I don't want spice, just seasoning. Portions are large. I have a ton of veg left over. Sadly, there's no meat left to go with it. Would like to see a choice of sauces like a ginger or mustard sauce. UPDATE: Went back to give them another try. Two Brothers is staying at three stars, this time for service. 20-25 minute wait for food truck fare is a little much. Additionally, I had people who ordered after me get their food before me which is a pet peeve of mine. I'm no expert in restaurant systems but even I know that 5 comes before 6. However, the food was pretty dang delicious, so I can't bash too much. A little more training on the service end would...
