I visited the Sherman office of my company for training. They were so kind that I decided to send them a treat. Since I do not live in Sherman, I found Ya-Hoo Bakery online and called to see if they delivered and what they had available. I spoke with Angie who took great care of me. She was able to deliver a Hummingbird sheet cake to the office in Sherman. She asked if I wanted to include a gift card! The price was also affordable. The cake was delivered later that day and I received an email from the office. They were super excited that they got such a great cake as a treat. Always loved their fruitcake. Never liked fruitcake until I had theirs. I’ve converted many people who say they don’t like fruitcake, taste it & change their minds. However I am have a difficult time receiving my order. I ordered 4 boxes of the loaf cakes last Tues. I was told they would be shipped the next day & I would receive an email confirmation. After 2 days of not hearing anything, I called again. Told they hadn’t been shipped, but they would expedite my order & I would receive a conf. Several more days, nothing. I used to enjoy their cakes and send them out as Christmas presents, did this for several years, loved them until I discovered the last year that of the 6 orders I'd placed, 3 were never shipped out. They said it was because of equipment problems, but they took my money, sent nothing and never notified me that they were unable to fill the order.
