Not only did he visit our new house to measure for the gas logs, but he assisted us in the selection by explaining the differences in various fire log sets.The shop’s selection of functional and decorative fire screens is outstanding, and we’re very pleased with our choice of one that matches our fireplace, mantel, and family room. Josh installed the fire logs and remote control, and his service was exceptional. He was timely, friendly, and very experienced in the install process, including a difficult placement of the remote receiver. My wife and I stopped In today to get some advice on repairing our gas fireplace. The gentleman on duty was nice enough to show me a trick to get our fireplace working and all is well. This was our first visit to their store and my wife and her sister will definitely be back as they have some very nice furnishings. The owner was present and made sure that we were taken care of.
