We were a party of 8 and had just spent several hours at the funeral home planning our mom's funeral. We were starved and there was no place open in town so we decided to try the Burnin' Barrel. When we walked in it was very busy and the waitress warned us that it would be a long wait for food. She was bartender and waitress and the place was packed. She was so pleasant and friendly and unflustered. We gave her a huge tip and she earned it. The food was the best bar food any of us had ever eaten. It was fresh and plentiful and hot. This was a great find on our trip to this area. It's conveniently located right outside of the entrance to a park with lots of trails. So, after you've worked up an appetite, you can fill your belly.

The staff were kind and attentive. The food was very good. My ONLY complaint is that I asked for my burger medium and it came back well done. However, it was STILL very tasty. The taco salad received two thumbs up as well 😎.

This is a nice place to go for a really good meal and a drink. I had garlic parm wings, and they were delicious. The wings were covered in thick sauce with plenty of cheese and garlic that was very tasty. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and she loved it.
