I tried calling several times and no one answered.
I decided to drive in and place our order.
I spoke with Jennifer whom took my order (just to specify) Jennifer was younger than the old windbag that was there too.
The old lady that was there (with no name tag) was talking with a former employee when I arrived. After approximately 15 mins of listening to her brag about receiving training for answering the phone, (apparently they get paid more for receiving this training) and then NOT answering the phone when it rang at least 3 times.. another customer walked in and asked them if there was a problem with their phone line. The windbag lied and told her that the comcast lines must be down..
At this point I informed the lady that walked in that the phone rang multiple times and no one answered.
After approximately 30 mins my order was complete. I ordered 2 supreme pan large, one pepperoni pan large stuffed crust, one cheese stuffed crust and 24 wings. We received no stuffed crust cheese but instead a pepperoni stuffed crust.
The total was just shy of $100.00. The young lady doing all of the work (Jennifer) mentioned a coupon deal that was running and applied the discount. Thank you!
Pizza Hut needs more people like jennifer and WAY less people like the windbag that sat and talked about how she is getting paid more to do nothing.. If you see her you would understand it is evident that she avoids doing anything.

Read moreI'm 64 years old. Own a business a couple minutes away & stop here several times a week. My wife & I stopped on our way home this evening. Closed at 5, didn't get out of there till 6:30. Pizza Hut at 6:45. The server was very nice, got our drinks right away. Ten minutes, beer finished, waited another ten minutes, finally got another beer. ( now, I understand she was the only server & they were kinda busy) Another ten minutes & she returned to say that what we ordered was frozen & it would be a while longer. I'm sure it wasn't her fault, but come on, why didn't someone in the kitchen what was going on? I said " I'm sorry, I'm tired and don't feel like waiting any longer, I'll pay for our drinks & leave". Not mean, just upset about the situation. I paid & ask who the manager was now. She pointed to a fellow on the phone. I turned to walk out the door as he hung up and said " have a good evening & you'all come back now" I stopped, turned and said" what did you say?". He changed his voice & said " I said have a good night & come back". I'm sorry but I felt very hurt and abused by his actions. When someone stops at my business, I'm very appreciative that they want to spend their hard earned money here. I may be hard pressed to stop back by this place again...
Read moreHere’s a nice rant. So I order my pizza online at 5:32 pm and it says 184-194 minute wait (which is ridiculous but wasn’t okay with it at the time). My online tracker said it was on its way at 7:30 and they’re right down the street from me. It still didn’t deliver at 8:19 so I decided to call them. The lady said they were behind on order and would take another 30/45 minutes and asked if I wanna do a carry out and I said no that’s fine but my food better be hot. So another hour goes by and my food still isn’t here. I call them and complain because they lied on the tracker about it being on its way. She then said (and was very rude) that he’s on his way now. I said my food better not be cold. She said “I watched them make it fresh” and I said “how is it fresh when I called you an hour ago and you said it was already done and I could pick it up?” And she lied and said they threw that food out and made fresh. So when the delivery guy finally showed up, the food was COLD and SOGGY and BURNT. The lady LIED TO ME and said they made it fresh and was extremely rude to me.
