Manager does not take The time to listen to the order to ensure that she properly understands what is being said , I asked for gravy and described it she says we have many gravies orange sauce general sows sauce sweet-and-sour sauce .. she did not understand what American gravy was so I was given a brown sauce was not refunded for the brown sauce but was refunded for the chicken and a vegetable fried rice that was ordered was for the sauce ! which was incorrect. The delivery guy did not wait for me to check my order and told me that he was very busy and would not wait. I called in to explain the matter and the manager acted the same the deliveryman acted busy busy busy no time for you even though you paid your money. I was told that I shouldn’t call if I don’t like Chinese food and that was my first time calling this place ever ! I insisted on a refund & was never refunded the proper amount. Terrible experience Impatient staff . I wouldn’t waste my time here There’s better places to buy food from. Btw on their menu says no MSG but they use it in their food their duck sauce packet says no MSG they use other hazardous modified chemicals besides MSG for those looking to stay away from...

Consider this a fair warning... Go here to get some 'ok' food but be prepared for some of the worst service you have ever experienced. After repeating my order THREE times on the phone (had to do it 3 times because she was rushing me and I wanted to be sure she got everything) I go to pick it up, and my order is completely wrong. I am a very understanding person and realize mistakes happen, but what I am not so understanding about is the fact the women at the counter offered NO apology and said that I placed the order wrong (after repeating it 3 times, yeah I don't think so). I can assure you I will not be ordering from them ever again and I certainly do not recommend you eat there...

best asian food in shippensburg (maybe even all of south central PA). the staff is also super friendly. i have never had an issue ordering any food & though chinese is their first language they are very understanding and will take the the time to answer your question/explain anything you may have questions about. the food is high quality!!! i've ordered from the restaurant many times (30+) in my four years at shippensburg university, any time food was missing from our delivery, they politely came back and delivered it as soon as possible. i have never had any issues ordering over the phone, in person, or online. the food tastes great & the staff is...
