My co-worker and I was going to meet for breakfast here and lunch and after what I saw for breakfast I left and told her let's go somewhere else due to the Drama, and chaos that I saw by a regular employee and the manager that I have seen before. I don't know what type of business your running but it was a shitfest in this place. You have a guy pacing back and fourth and talking loud about fighting and mess wearing a Louisville hat but no employee hat. Tall gentlemen with a messed up eye with a gray jacket. Than you have the manager the tall like skinned African American with hair like red in it I can tell she is the big boss and it looks like the two of them had a falling out and they were calling family up there to fight and customers looking like what is this. How do you have a manager like that who is driving customers away with drama. Everytime I come in there early and the other managers are there the short older short hair boy cut style and the tall guy who always greets and has like an afro this is never a problem ever. They both be running around making sure all us customers are taken care of with no problem. Food good and Hot and they smile so i know they care about people. All they do is get my order ready with a smile and they laughing. Every time I see the big boss always frowning and seems like she is upset about something. I know one thing I can spend my 11.93 somewhere else and don't have to worry about getting wounded in the crossfire. Who runs this establishment and allows managers to act like they have no training. I will only return when them others learn how to act and get up to the quality of the other managers I described above so now we will take our money to the other McDonald's on Dixie and if disappointment there than will have no choice but to go to burger king. I bet I can eat there without a worry. Good luck to whoever owns this place just wish it was treated like a business and not a zoo. Step up team and it starts from the head because I can guarantee no one would accept the way it was today. I gave you one star on the strength of the other visits when the other managers handled me and not these employees and manager you had today just acting a complete donkey and whole embarrassment. Read moreworst experience in fast food ever...7pm we arrive and try to go into the lobby which is locked so we pull into the driveway through line and start our wait..there are two cars ahead of me .about 12 mins later we finally make it up to the ordering box... we order our food which by the way is a very small order... another 10 mins go by and we make it up to the payment window... he takes our money gives our change but doesn't give us a receipt... another 10 mins go by and we are at the food pickup window...wait there for 5 mins before we are even acknowledged ... she hands us our bag of food and I ask her for a receipt and says she don't have it... I asked her to go get a copy from the cashier ... she goes and comes back and say if you want a receipt you'll have to wait at the yellow line ...at this point it has been 40 mins since we pulled in and I wasn't about to waste anymore of my time so I told her I'll just call corporate and in a disrespectful way she snapped you call them then and she slammed her window...now time to check the food the fries are old and cold the mcdoubles had no cheese or pickle and was sloppily thrown together so after almost 45 mins waiting we got bad food and bad service will never go to that...
Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could. I have been up all night with my son sick he finally fell asleep I ordered my husband and I food from the app 2 McGriddles to be exact. I have used the app for over a yr when I place the order I sent a screenshot of the receipt to my husband since I had to stay here with my sleeping child. When he got there they refused to fill my order because MY phone wasn't there even tho there was nothing to scan the food was paid for already n my husband had proof of the order n the virtual receipt. They told him to go home n. Get my phone and come back or order something there but they wouldn't give me the order I previously paid for which had my online rewards deal on it and they couldn't cancel my order either so I then had to go through a whole process to get a refund from the app that's going to take 7 days and ended up only being able to get a sausage McMuffin which was so hard it cut my gums when I bit into it I took a pic of the blood my gums left on the bun but im not sure how...
